Used two times, first time was fine, on the second time had to wait for 35 minutes for the bus to get to the car park from the airport. I was unlucky to be the only one to collect from my flight. The operator did not state that I had to wait for 35 minutes, if I knew that I would have taken a taxi.

The car park surface is particularly bad. It gives the image of parking on wasteland and is really my only criticism of the facility. I really appreciate the discount you allow to forces personnel and having used the service several times now am always greeted politely and friendly.

We chose the mini valet option for our car for an additional £7.50, this was well worth the money they made an excellent job.

Reception at this carpark was relatively good and professional. The transfer was by means of a minibus that was very awkward and uncomfortable, especially since 1 of my passengers was 78 years of age. On return to Glasgow Airport, I phoned the carpark to advise of our arrival. The bus stop was crowded and the 1st bus filled and left. It took another 10 - 15 minutes for another bus, a minibus, to arrive. This was packed extremely uncomfortable and still didn't clear the queue. This company is obviously not geared to dealing with the numbers of customers it attracts.
