This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. Flying Scot has now been established for 30 years making it the longest serving car park at Glasgow Airport. There is no height restriction. I booked a package of Holiday Inn overnight accommodation and 7 days car park originally but did not receive a cancellation when the accommodation wasn't available. However, when I called ahead 2 days before our holiday, they admitted that there were errors made and made me separate bookings which cost a little more than my original deal. The Holiday Inn was booked but the cost of £15/night additional car park fee was not advised but Flying Scot were a great car park partner and were very efficient and will be happy to re-use them again

Staff are very friendly and pleasant. Dropping off the car is quick and easy - you need to leave your keys so they can move your car within the car park, but I didn't experience any problems with this. Car park has a security gate entrance/exit and you need a code to leave. The drop off/collection stance at the terminal is a bit further away from the entrance to the departures area than some of the other parking firms, but it's a small price to pay and the cost of parking at Flying Scot was extremely reasonable compared to a lot of the other companies.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
