Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. Flying Scot has now been established for 30 years making it the longest serving car park at Glasgow Airport. There is no height restriction. Didn't travel. Holiday cancelled thanks to Thomas Cook. Looked for a refund for the parking but nothing doing. Will try to recover from my insurance. Not Flying Scot's fault but I'm a regular customer and had hoped for a credit note or something.

Always use Flying Scot when we go away on holiday. You get what you pay for. Pleasant staff. Efficient booking in/collection service. We have always had to wait for other passengers to fill bus but we accept this cuts down on excessive journeys for drivers. Will continue to use Flying Scot.

On our outward flight everything was very efficient and seamless. The driver was very helpful. I travelled with my daughter anf 4yo granddaughter a handful! However when we returned the driver didn't break breath to us he sat in his seat, did not offer any assistance. Fortunately a fellow traveller helped. Maybe a course in customer service would not go amiss. Yes it was late at night, but surely this was his shift! I have always used your parking but I am now thinking twice will I use you again?????

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
