Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. On return could not locate courtesy phone and on eventually locating (after asking airport information) the recorded message would not accept the ticket information. Luckily there was a pick up on station when we went to pick up point. When explaining ticket problem staff could not have been more disinterested.

Easy booking, easy to find location, minimal wait to transfer to airport. On return at an off peak time, a free-phone call from the baggage reclaim allowed the bus to get to the pickup point just before we arrived (walking) there. They parked the car, and ir was nearby when we returned. Driver friendly helpfull, would recommend.

After many years of using flying scot glasgow this time on journey back was not a good experience, it was a larger bus like a single decker, the driver did not assist anyone getting on the bus or with their suitcases, my husband had to lift the 2 x 20kg cases above his head and put on rack about 5 feet up and my husband helped an elderly man with his one. Once back at the office/carpark i was left astounded when in front of other guests the man told me that in future watch my bookings as i booked it to return on the sunday and this is correct but our flight was delayed and baggage was delayed so it went into the next morning, i was so taken aback with this and i walked away but had to go back in and ask which row my car was in as he never told me, he just said row 5. I have never experienced this before and always rated flying scot.

Staff took our cases from our car to the bus while I checked in at office and after handing in my key we were transported to airport in 5 minutes where the driver put our cases on pavement for us. On return bus was at airport, driver put our luggage onto bus and within 5 minutes were back at Flying Scot car park. Driver again helped with case. Only problem was some other customer driver banged their door into my n/s front door leaving their car paint on my car door, but did not have the decency to report his clumsiness to the office and drove away. RAT!. I reported the damage to the office prior to leaving. My son managed carefully to rub the marks away when I got home, thankfully only leaving a minor scratch. Car park manageress phoned me at home to offer a repair but I declined the offer as the small scratch will polish away. I give top marks for service to Flying Scot and will definitely use this service again.

Overall the service was ok but I feel the driver who collected us from the airport was quite abrupt which came across as rude not really the kind of service you expect a simple friendly smile or a hello can go a long way.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
