Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Excellent service as usual and good fast transfers. However, I have deducted 1 star because some areas of the car park surface are very difficult to negotiate in the dark with 2 heavy suitcases. Even if the potholes, cracks and the worse depressions were filled in, that would help a lot.

Only complaint that could not get through to you on the phoneline on our return, probably because too many people trying to get you. Hence some wait at airport. Staff really friendly and helpful.

I have used Flying Scott car park ona number of occasions and have always found it to be cheap and close to the airport my only complaint is the number off pot holes at the site

Getting from the car park to the airport was a smooth operation. Different story on the way back though. Nobody answers their phone and when a mini bus appeared not everyone could get on yet they know everyones flight details. From landing to getting to car park was three quarters of an hour. Not good enough when you have a long drive ahead of you.

We had a wait of over 15 minutes before we were picked up at the airport. It was a very cold, wet day so seemed much longer and we were very cold by the time we got to our own car. Not sure if I will use this car park again.

Everything okay with flying scot, the only thing needs sorted is the free phone in glasgow airport itself, it becomes quite chaotic when a large number of passengers are trying to use it to call various car parks, if you can sort that the best of luck.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
