Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Prior to our holiday, all was great with leaving our car. However, it was not the same level of service on our return. The phone free phone was not easy to find. The pick up point was not given to us clearly which meant we wandered around the car parks looking for B2. If the young girl had clearly said that it was where we had been dropped off, then a lot of stress, frustration, walking & time wasting could have been avoided. The mini bus was over crowded.Despite there being signs stating ‘no standing’, 2 passengers had to stand. On return to the site while waiting to be seen, the older receptionist was clearly stating ‘where you were dropped off’ on the phone whereas the young girl was still saying ‘B2’ with no other instruction. We were curtly told where our car was parked and left to find it. This meant pulling our luggage through large puddles which we could not avoid. We understand that the weather cannot be helped but someone more equipped for the weather could have brought customers’ cars to a more accessible point.

As a business traveller I have chosen this service/car park for the first time. During the booking process it was displayed that the buses are often and taking only 5 minutes to get you to the airport. When I dropped off my car to I was asked to wait outside, in the rain, under a very not-impressive 'shelter' (tiny roof and one side only). Bus didn't arrive for 15-20 minutes and then we waited another 10-12 minutes to board the minibus. Overall, from arriving to car park, to arriving to airport 47 minutes. Not good enough.

FHR where very helpful when my family got stranded in Spain after their flight was cancelled. Flying Scot however were very unhelpful and quite rude on the phone when I called them. FHR however arranged everything for me and amended my booking no problem. Will use them again. But not Flying Scot.

The place was easy to find. A bus was sitting when we arrived to drop the car off, the driver waited for us to check in so we could get in that one instead of having to wait. We only had to wait a few minutes for the bus to come back.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
