The service operated as I expected. Minor problem in that the attendant had shut off the wing mirror fold mechanism when parking the car after arrival, and difficult to find how to correct in the dark at 3.30am.

Bus was ready to leave for airport when we checked in, and on return, arrived at pick-up point as we walked up as it had been summoned by people arriving before we did. Only small negative. Web stated we would take key with us, whereas we actually had to leave key at office. Not a problem except it was raining pretty heavily and I had to got back and forth to car to collect key. Perhaps your web page could be changed.

Pick up and drop off service excellent could not fault that! I was very disappointed in the car when we returned to the parking space to find the left hand front of the car splattered in mud. Not just a spray but covered, upset that they hadn't tried to wash it off it obviously went through a pot hole as the entire surface of car park is not even

No problems booking car parking and smooth speedy transition to and from airport. One issue however is that drivers side of car was parked very close to adjacent vehicle creating difficulty in getting back into my car. This is not the first time that this has happened at "Flying Scot" Glasgow. Parking staff should make greater effort to avoid this by ensuring that appropriate space is left for drivers to re-enter their vehicle on return from holiday.

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
