Wasn't impressed with transport service. Past experience after checking in you are transported to airport with a maximum wait of 5 minutes whereas had to wait for enough people to be on the bus before leaving the car park (even though bus was full, driver decided to smoke before getting on) meaning 20 min sitting on the bus which was the same when returning home so even though the car park is a 5/10 min drive away - you need to add at least 30 min to overall journey

I have used your airport parking many times, but after my recent visit I will not be back due to one idiot employee. We got back in the early hours of the morning, I left my wife with cases whilst I retrieved my car. When I drove down to the drop off area to pick her and the cases up, another bus had come in and totally blocked the road out of the complex. This is the idiot I'm talking about. When asked if he could move his to let me out, I was informed that this was the bus lane and he was not moving,resulting in me having to reverse all the way back and round and down another route. Brilliant customer service. I could see the point if there was clear signage to tell you all this,but when it's dark, there is none to be seen. Can do without this when your Trying to get home. His attitude was a disgrace. Therefore decision was made there and then, never to go back.

Easy to find the car park and was taken to the airport straight away. However, it was difficult to find the pick up stance and the airport staff sent me to the car pick up point by mistake. Directions on the yellow card would be helpful but now I know to turn right once I am out of the airport and go to the drop off point rather than the pick up area.

Despite the directions being a bit on the vague side after passing the football ground and under the metal bridge we did eventually find the Flying Scot. There was a bus ready and waiting to take us to the airport. On our landing at Glasgow airport, at midnight, my husband phoned the Flying Scot, they said they would send two buses as there were a lot of passengers to be picked up. The buses arrived fairly quickly. As the Flying Scot knew the flight number and expected time of arrival, it would have been an even better experience to be able to board the bus straight away instead of waiting the 5 or 10 minutes. It would have felt an awful lot longer had it been cold or wet.

On arrival at depot I was asked for my return flight details which I gave. I was then given a ticket with a number to call on my return to the UK. My arrival back at Glasgow was at 3am on 31.7.17, it was a busy flight with lots of tired people, I could not see the free phone at the luggage carousel, but as there was another traveller who had also looked for the phone and been told my airport staff there was no need to call as your pickups were every 10-15 minutes, I did nothing further. On waiting at pickup point there were 3 other parties also waiting.... we waited which seemed like ages and ages.... one party member then called your depot to see what the hold up was.....to be told they did not know we were there as no one called ..... As you already new the expected arrival of the flight we were all on and as it was a very quiet time at the airport a pickup waiting for all of us would have been appreciated.... instead it made an already very long day / night even longer.... apart from that having to look through rows of cars for our cars could also been made easier as you only had to have 4 cars readying and waiting at your depot reception.... service was otherwise good.

Arrived at 01:30 hours on the 30th as opposed to what I had booked online which was 23:00 hrs on the 29th. This seemed to have created some confusion as the guy in the kiosk proclaimed that they had me down for the previous day and was quick in telling me I had incorrectly booked online which I hadn't. I had provided my flight number when I dropped off the car so am not sure where the difficult lay. Also we had to sit for 10 minutes in the van at the airport with no explanation as to why other than the mumbling of the dispatcher over the radio stating to the driver, 'that's the ones I had down for last night, hold there as we have the other bus at the yard' or something to that effect. Finally, I had to collect my car from the car park before loading my bags but there is a parking service on arrival?

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
