Commercial vehicles ie vans and pickups are no longer accepted - if you do turn up in what is classed a large, long wheel base or a commercial vehicle (which does not fit in a regular parking space), you may be turned away or charged a surcharge of £10 (subject to change) on check in at the car park.

This car park has CCTV, floodlights, 2 security guards and guard dogs making regular checks. Vehicles are covered by the car parks insurance whilst on site.

What else do I need to know?

Situated close to Glasgow Airport so you should plan to arrive 20 minutes before your airport check-in opens. You will be required to leave your keys with the attendant. Full tarmac surface - Open 24 hours 365 days a year. This car park offers free jump start and flat tyre assistance. After flying back into Glasgow we expected to have a short wait to be transferred back to the car park. However, when we arrived at the pick up point, the bus was full. We therefore had to wait 15/20 minutes, outside the airport at 2.00am. for another bus to come collect us. Not good!

A fast and efficient service both to and from the airport. My only issue is with the car park itself, we had to negotiate some of the deepest pot-holes I've ever seen in order to get out of it! This needs addressing before I would use Flying Scot again.

Excellent and prompt service at a competitive price. The location and directions to it are a little confusing - particularly as your mini-bus drivers seemed to vary their routes to the airport. Perhaps a little diagram would help. The only real complaint I have related to the surface in the car park. It is badly potholed and having to cross it with two heavy suitcases on typically small wheels, to find our car in the rain at 1am this morning, was not an experience I would like to have to repeat! This experience was probably enough to prevent me using the service!

TRAVELLING FROM GLASGOW
- IMPORTANT keep in middle lane when approaching Glasgow Airport
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- At roundabout take first left for Paisley A726
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT
- Continue under metal bridge and past FOOTBALL GROUND
- Turn 2nd RIGHT after football ground
- Turn LEFT into Well St then immediately RIGHT into Flying Scot and Flyaway Parking

TRAVELLING FROM GREENOCK / ERSKINE BRIDGE
- Exit M8 at Junction 29
- 3rd left at roundabout for Paisley (A726)
- Drive to second set of lights and turn sharp RIGHT

On arriving to the car park you should park your car in the customer spaces next to reception. You will then need to check in at reception taking your confirmation with you and leaving your keys with the car park for the duration of your trip.

There is no height restriction.

A courtesy shuttle will then take you to the airport.

Return procedure
You will be provided with a number to call upon your return. Please only call this number once you have collected your luggage and cleared customs

The transfer bus will then collect and return you to the car park where you vehicle will be waiting for you. Any overstays are charged at £7.00 per day (subject to change).
