My email said to take a ticket and retain it for my return. No ticket was issued by the machine which put me in a panic. However, on exit I didn't need a ticket so all was well.

We arrived at the parking spot and the car due to being cold had a flat battery. No-one to speak to and no battery packs available. Had to call AA and wait for them to come and find us. A suggestion would be available battery packs.

Good booking and easy service. My only issue is that I stayed an extra night as my flight was cancelled and wasn’t offered a receipt for the extra. I expected it to come through on email which it hasn’t. I’ve chased it up so hopefully it comes through.

We have used this car park before, buses run frequently and the drivers are always helpful. This time returning after a late flight the machine displayed we owed £125, although we had pre paid through FHR. Spoke to guy on intercom and when we gave registration number the barrier was lifted.This is the first time we have encountered a problem with the long stay car park.

Effortless! Easy to find, lots of parking available, plenty of bus stops with very short wait for ride to terminal. Pick up from terminal back was also quick & easy...and no issues at the barrier despite a 30 min overstay due to flight delay. Will defo use this again...and the drivers chat was great!

Easy to book, very easy to find spaces all marked out (can be a bit tight with bigger cars) recognised car on entry and exit no problem, quick and very easy transfer to/from airport. I will definitely use this car park again.

Dear Sir, unfortunately we had a breakdown in the car park at the end of our holiday. However, the car park was very good to deal with in handling this situation. One criticism I would say is that we waited at least 20 minutes for the bus at the airport to transfer us back to the car park when we arrived off of our flight.

Worked out well. Bus was handy, regular and just took a few minutes. A map detailing directions to car park before booking would have been handy as worried I might miss it however directions were clearly marked from exit off M8. Bus stop numbers were too high and could not be seen from bus so I missed my stop on return. Moving or adding them at a lower point would solve this.

The service provided at the long stay car park is excellent. Car was safely parked and bus transfer was regular. Bus drivers were friendly and courteous. The only problem I had on returning home from my journey, was when I put my card in the machine at the exit, a payment of £80 was requested. Having already paid in advance, this caused me to panic a bit. I tried inserting the card a couple of times ,but had the same problem. I pressed the button for assistance and after the man confirmed my car details and my name, he raised the barrier to allow us to leave.

Directions for Long Stay
From M8 Eastbound (from West of Scotland). Leave the M8 at junction 29 following signs for Glasgow Airport then follow the one way system around Caledonia Way into Abbotsinch Road (approximately 2 miles).From M8 Westbound (from Edinburgh, Glasgow, North of England). Leave the M8 at junction 28 follow signs to Long Term Parking along Sanderling Road into Abbotsinch Road (approximately 1 mile). Postcode: PA3 2AY.
Arrivals
At the entry barrier, your number plate will be read and we'll issue you a ticket automatically. If no ticket is issued, please press for assistance. Please keep your ticket safe as you'll need this on exit.
Once you have parked in a secure parking bay, head to the nearest bus stop before jumping on the free shuttle bus which will take you directly to the terminal. It usually takes less than 5 minutes to reach the Terminal for you to go straight to check-in. Please bear in mind that during peak holiday times the shuttles may be busier than usual, so you should allow an extra few minutes.
Exits
When you return, make your way to the Long Stay Bus stop directly outside the international arrivals. Wait for the bus to collect you and take you back to the Long Stay Car Park.
At the exit barrier, please insert your ticket so we can validate your booking, and raise the barrier. If you have overstayed your booking, your additional charge will be displayed, which you'll need to pay. If the barrier does not rise, please press for assistance.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period of 3 hours at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate.
