Booked wrong times so updated, received paperwork with new times and this information wasn’t passed to parking so on way out was advised that I owed £25. Went in and spoke to attendant who sorted this out for me however it shouldn’t/wouldn’t have happened had my booking been updated in system

The car parking was easily accessed and regular bus service to the terminal. The issue arose when a flight delay of 4 hours due to weather incurred a charge of £25 to leave the car park at the barrier, which I think is appalling and I will be pursuing this further. This is in effect a further 24 hours parking at full price rather than the 4 hours I was delayed, with circumstances that were completely out with my control. I will look at alternative car parking and the fine print to determine costs should I be delayed as I felt I was held at ransom after a very long and tiring day.

I was very disappointed to find that I had to pay an extra £25 to exit the car park after my flight was delayed 7 hrs. Given that the paperwork states you will be charged £10 per extra day and I hadn't even gone into the next day! Very poor indeed!!!

Allow plenty time if using this car park to allow the bus driver to have his cigarette before leaving the car park. Don’t expect a quick return journey either as buses are not that frequent

We have used this car park for many years but we have noticed that the buses are not as regular as they used to be both going to and coming from the airport. Is there a specific time the buses leave?

Perfect.....and most reasonably priced. Easy to access, and transfer bus runs every 10 minutes to/from terminal. No complaints whatsoever...Will definately use again.

Second time we have used this car park and would recommend it to anyone. No problems waiting for the bus to take us to the airport and back to the car park on our return. Hope to use the same car park again in January.

Great service from the car park. Easy to find car, and bus was regular and not far from terminal. Only downside, system didn't recognise my car on arrival, and I had to go to customer service desk to get my ticket approved before leaving.

Used thus car park many times without problem. Hi we're on arrival at car park the two cost machine the not recognise our number plate so we took a ticket and had to go to the office in return to get sorted. Waited a long time for shuttle bus an I was full when it got to us. More vex to an earlier stop to ensure we got. Ext shuttle as another couple had waited for 2 shuttles that were full and hold not take them. Not the stress free start to holiday we all expected. Bus driver on wY to airport was rude to several passengers and def not a good advert for the company!
