Easy to book , great price . Others in our party booked direct with airport and paid more than me for exactly the same car park . Bus transfer was quick with a short wait at both ends and the driver was friendly and allowed us time to load cases. So overall very pleased and will book again with BookFHR.com.

At 4.30 am, I followed the directions to Arran Avenue. I saw an NCP car park but drove past this looking for the FHR facility. After 10 minutes, I returned to the NCP park to make enquiries. The number plate recognition barrier did not recognise my vehicle. I went to the reception window where the assistant didn't immediately recognise my booking confirmation paperwork. Eventually after accessing the computer, he allowed me access. The parking and transfer were fine. On the return, I didn't easily find the departure stance and the telephone number on your paperwork did not help. In summary, your information e-mail failed to provide the information which would have made my experience a whole lot better. Regards, Iain Murray

The customer service and support from FHR was excellent. My only concern is the car park itself is not fully tarmac'd. (Section A) There are lots of hardcore being deposited onto the driveways from vehicles entering and leaving the bays, with the potential of causing damage to parked cars. Nowhere else to park if the other sections are full ! However this is not an issue for FHR to resolve, but drivers, please take note !

Good price and service .Negatives on departing airport waited just about 6 minutes for bus as we had left a very warm country 28 degrees we were feeling extremely cold it was wet and windy ,glad to get on the bus when it arrived however doors on bus were left open whilst driver waited for other passengers we sat there for about 10 minutes absolutely freezing didn't really think there was any need for doors to be left open making it very uncomfortable for passengers

By and large a trouble-free experience. Was good to see that SatNav directions guided us successfully to the airport Long Stay carpark. Would have been grateful, however, if there had been better signage in car park itself to guide us on our return to the exact row in which we had parked our vehicle. What signs there are do not show up well in the dark!

Great parking with close localisation to airport, just 4 min by bus. Buses arriving to airport very 5-10 min. Highly recommended

Once we had managed to enter this car park (system didn't recognise my registration plate meaning I had to contact attendant), parking was speedy and simple. Buses seem to run frequently and there are plenty of bus stops within car park so you don't have to walk far with luggage. Bus was also waiting at airport when we returned and exiting car park is very easy. Only complaint is that spaces are quite tight. Like fact that once I park my car no-one moves it!

Going out was easy, coming home was very poor we had to wait an hour for a bus the que was massive there were a lot of peaople who were waiting a lot longer than us. It was sold to me as a 3-5 min walk to the terminal building err no it's not that easy wouldn't use again

I wasn't happy with the way the bus was loaded at the airport end. We waited in the queue and when the bus arrived a lot of people entered through the middle door. we nearly didn't get on and didn't get a seat. I complained to the driver who just shrugged and couldn't care less.

Car park appears as though it is on Glasgow airport site, it is not. Bus required. Waited 20 mins for bus at 3.30am. Actual quality of car park terrain is awful! Car park was rammed full to bursting and the ground was in terrible condition with lots of uneven bits and large stone strewn about. Not easy to walk or drive over. Other car parks offer better for same price or less! Won't be back.
