Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Good service and good value for money- drivers on both departure and arrival were prompt and polite. Not sure on where car is actually parked whilst away as on return car very muddy both outside and inside on the drivers foot mat plus small fir tree branches on windscreen by wipers?

Generally a really good service. Dropping off was a bit frustrating as the mobile number left a message saying `don't leave a message!' so making contact was difficult. However, it was picked up about 5-10 minutes after booked time. Arrival procedures were excellent - car and driver were waiting. The car appears to have been parked under trees - it was newly washed when I left it, it came back with quite a bit of bird muck.

I can honestly say that this service was 100% what it said on the tin! Worked like clockwork, on return to Heathrow we rang prior to collecting cases and was told 10 mins for our vehicle, it pulled up as we arrived at the car park. Would defo use again and I'd highly recommend this service.

I will not use this company again. No paperwork available at drop off. Therefore had to photograph mileage and car in dark as a record. 24 hours before return I advised them of missed connection and arrival would be 10 hours late. This hadn't registered when I did return. £20 surcharge seemed excessive in circumstances. If you want peace of mind, efficiency and good value for money I advise do not use this company.

I have used other meet and greet in the past who have let me down. This is the second time I have used Edward Lloyd and I must say they are pretty good and definitely reliable. If I was to try and find fault is that if you arrive earlier than the time you booked you may have to wait around a bit for a driver. Ensure you ring them about half an hour away as advised and also when you get off the plane. I will definitely be using this service again and I have recommended this to a few of my work colleagues. In essence if you look at the time saved with finding off site car parks, stood in the cold waiting for a bus, hauling luggage too and from the bus etc, the extra couple of quid is well worth it. The price is very competitive vs the off site parking as well, its well worth a look. I think this service saves me between 1-2 hours per round trip I do.

Everything excellent, except that when we drove our car away the instrument panel immediately showed one of the tyres as almost flat. It transpired there was a nail in the tyre and we had to have a new one. There was no indication of a puncture when we delivered the car. These things can happen at any time, but I would have thought your delivery driver would have noticed before handing over the car.

Very good on departure but on arrival after picking up luggage I phoned for car and they said they would be 10minutes but they had me waiting for almost 1 hour as they delivered the wrong car. I find that very poor service

Overall not bad, and a good price. We had to wait a few minutes on arrival at healthrow for the operative to find us. On the way back however we phoned from the baggage hall, was told 10 mins, but it took them 35 to come, so we were waiting half an hour outside which was longer than I expected.

Fantastic service. The only negative comment I would make is that we followed instructions by telephoning half an hour away from Heathrow and still had to wait 25 minutes for the driver to turn up. However, on arrival back to the UK our car was brought back to us within 5 minutes of waiting. Would recommend and would definitely use this service again.

We couldn't fault the service which Edward Lloyd provided. On return it is always nice not to wait too long at the airport and even though our baggage came through very quickly, we only waited five minutes for the driver to return our car. Both ways the drivers were polite and friendly.

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £10 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
