Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage, please call the office, who will then arrange for a driver to meet you with your vehicle. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.

What security measures does the car park have?

Holders of the Park Mark certificate for safer parking. 24 Hour CCTV - No Public Access - High Fencing - 24 Hour Manned Security - Discreet Location just 10 minutes from the airport.Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking

This review would have been 5 stars if not for the filthy state my car was delivered in. I'm not sure where you parked it for he 8 days I was away but it was the filthiest I have ever seen my car. Poor. The assistant that called to verify drop off and collection was ace. The driver that dropped off my car didn't have an iota of customer service.

There were 20 miles done on the car since I dropped off my car at the departure so not sure why so many when I was told that the parking is not that far. Also I rang from luggage to say that I had arrive as requested in the booking but I had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes in parking before my car was delivered.

Annoyed that we had to wait in the car park at terminal 4 for half an hour for our car to turn up. It was not particularly busy. I had called from Amsterdam to advise we would be delayed as our flight was cancelled. Phoned three times on arrival at Heathrow, again after collecting bags and again from car park and still had to wait half an hour. Will use alternatives next time

Excellent. I always worry when using meet & greet services as you have no idea how your car will be treated or where it will be stored in your absence. However, from LHR T5 drop-off at 6am to collection 10 days later at 5pm, the service from Edward Lloyd was faultless and friendly. I always photo my car and mileage on drop-off and my car was returned in the same condition with only 12 miles on the clock. Some people complain about dirty cars on collection, but that's because they're left in the open air, possibly a field or open car park for the duration and should be expected - personally £70 for 10 days meet and greet using LHR T5 Short Stay car park in the height of the summer holidays is a bargain and worth the extra £4 for a car wash en route home, compared to several hundred pound alternatives. Staff waiting on drop off too, and car delivered within 3 minutes of arrival at collection point on return - guy even helped with luggage which wasa kind - just follow the instructions given to avoid delays. Would use again no problem.

Despite calling 25 minutes before arriving to drop off the car I was left waiting at the airport for 15 minutes for someone to collect the car. Not very "meet and greet". Coming home only had to wait 5 minutes and that was due to terminal 5 being speedy from plane to bags arriving. Good price and on balance would use again.

Dropped the car off at the airport and picked it up again from the short stay with no problems. Not sure where they Park the cars but it was covered in thick dust and cobwebs when I collected it but diversion through a car wash soon sorted that. Thanks

Worked very well; we phoned roughly 20-25 minutes before getting to the airport. The driver was there to meet us, checked the car and had proper paperwork. When we returned, we phoned after getting our luggage and they said the driver would arrive in 10-15 minutes which he did. Smooth and easy, no damage to the car and no extra mileage.

Great service; even though we arrived at Heathrow ridiculously early we were met at short notice and I think you may have also cleaned my car on pick up? It certainly looked cleaner than when I left it with you...if so, thank you very, very much!

On arrival at LHR there were concerns as no one was picking up the phone. Granted, we were early but this happens. Also confusion with regards to where exactly the meeting point was. On our return things were better, but again the exact meeting point was unclear.

Drop off was good although I did have to wait five minutes or so. However, on arrival back the number I was given to call was engaged and it took eight attempts to get through over a fifteen minute period. When the car was delivered back to me it was in a bit of a state both inside and outside. Someone had obviously driven it with dirty feet. Just a little care would have prevented this

Very efficient when dropping the car off, they called me as i was collecting my luggage, which was great timing. I was told the car would be with me in about 10 minutes, however it was over half an hour - which was a bit disappointing.

Booked purely on the basis it was the cheapest of the Meet 'n' Greets on my comparison site that actually promised ParkMark standards & no surcharges (about the 5th or 6th down). No complaints at all with their overall performance and car was undamaged. The usual problems are with how quick the Operator gets your car back to you - this occasion it was about 10 mins from making our call, which was exactly what the guy on the phone promised.

My slightly early arrival for drop off was poorly received. The car was returned promptly but utterly filthy. I would not dream of using Edward Lloyd again. not my usual experience of FHR.

This is the second time we have used Edward Lloyd, the first time was very good. However, the service this time was very disappointing. We were delayed arriving at the drop off due to an accident on the motorway but gave Edward Lloyd our revised arrival time (which actually was only 20 minutes later than planned). We had to wait 15 minutes for them to arrive to take the car and when we came back to collect we had to wait again for 15 minutes. Not a meet and greet service if they aren't there to meet and greet!!

Meets and returns at Terminal 2, 3 and 5 only - if you need terminal 4 either on the way out or on return, you will need to choose the terminal 4 option, as this booking will not be suitable - no Lefthand drive cars taken

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.

Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:

On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.

If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.

For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £10 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.

When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.


IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation

Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff.

On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-

Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.

Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.

Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.

On Return:

PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.

Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.

Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.


All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:

Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335

If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). That means that if you drive a non-compliant vehicle within the ULEZ area across two days, you will need to pay two daily charges.

Can the driver pick up and drop off at the Premier Inn at Terminal 4 rather than meeting at the short stay car park as we will be staying the night before departure and the night we return?They will meet you at Premier Inn, once you have made the booking please contact us with your booking reference number so we can advise Edward Lloyd

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
