Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
A driver will meet you at your departing terminal, at the pre-booked time, where he will assist with your luggage, confirm your return details, and together with the driver you will check the condition of the car, photos will be taken and stored. Customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees.What is the pick-up procedure?

From 1st January 2024 customer is required to pay car park entry and exit fees All drivers are fully insured to drive any vehicle. They are required to wear black uniforms, with our company logo clearly visible and will carry a form of identification at all times. If you returned AFTER MIDNIGHT, there will be A LATE RETURN CHARGE of £40.00 to be paid to the driver. If you return on a different flight there is a charge of £40 to pay the driver on return All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license, has valid MOT and Road Tax. Great service. Pricing was competitive and especially went with Edward Lloyd due to the vehicle inspection on drop off and collection. Only 4 stars due to having to wait about 7-8 minutes for the car to arrive.

Everything worked well with dropping off the car as the rep was there to meet us. On return the waiting time was, as promised 10-15 minutes. The only problem was that the person I was speaking with was difficult to understand, but at least I gleaned that the car would be delivered back to level 4 of T5 at Heathrow. Fortunately I saw our car flash by us, so finding its location was not too difficult

Great service and easy drop off at the dedicated T4 area however arriving back and collecting the car at Heathrow T4 was a little chaotic.....not the drivers fault, its just very congested in the short stay car park. Otherwise faultless.

Really happy with service we received. It was great to know that someone would be at the airport to meet us and we didn't need to get buses which take time. They were there to meet us on our return as well. Very polite and helpful. Thank you, we will use again.

Hi Waited 10 minutes to drop car off. Waited over 25 minutes to receive car back, not really impressed overall, especially on the return. Doubt whether I will use them again. This was not the drivers fault in each case, its just the way the system works. Best regards Colin

Excellent service met right outside terminal building when dropping off and on our return to uk we rang when we had collected baggage and by the time we had walked to the car park our car was there ready for us. We will definitely use again.

20 min wait at the terminal for pick up. I was earlier than anticipated but did phone 30 mins ahead of time Other than that - all good - car waiting when I arrived back Only other downside was that when I picked up the car was parked in a disabled bay - which I don't think is acceptable - even if the guy was waiting in it. I wasn't comfortable loading up in a disabled bay

Excellent friendly staff they phoned me to find out where i was on both occasions, Other companies i found in the past would bark down the phone with instruction where to go very rude but the staff here were super friendly helped with cases in and out i can't praie them enough.

The initial reservation was easy to make and a quick telephone conversation later allowed me to make a small alteration to the departure time. My car appears to have been well looked after and was waiting for me as planned on my return. My only slight reservation is that there did not appear to be anyone immediately available to receive the car on departure day at the drop off departure point as expected. Some 15 minutes elapsed and I made two telephone calls to the company before our driver appeared.

Collection and return was efficient and very convenient at LHR T5 short stay car park. The car park appears to be about 20 min away, so we had to wait a few minutes as I called after collecting our bags as instructed. The drivers were helpful and efficient. I did not think a £20 supplementary charge was reasonable when we were delayed 24 hours by our airline and I had notified this delay in advance, it is way in excess of the daily rate we paid for a 15 day meet and greet booking. I had to ask for a receipt which was provided as a scribbled note between the driver and me. I hope the airline accepts it. The driver could not have been more helpful though.

This parking operates between 05:30 and 23:00 - Returns after MIDNIGHT will be charged £40.00 to be paid to the driver in cash on return. All vehicles are accepted as long as it can be driven on a standard license and has valid MOT and Road Tax, payable in cash on pick up.
Please be advised of the following late arrival charges:
On return - If you don't provide a correct return flight number, or you return on a different flight to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return. A receipt will be provided on your return to claim back from the Airline.
If you return on an earlier date to the one on your booking, there is £40 charge to pay in cash on return.
For any customers returning after the date booked, the car park will charge as follows on your return - First 24 hrs is £40 then £10 per day after that, payable in cash on pick up.
When dropping your vehicle, photos will be taken of your vehicle and stored on your booking.
Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay.
IMPORTANT - please call the chauffeur 30 mins before arrival time to confirm arrangements. Chauffeur contact number is the number on your confirmation
Please do not enter the CAR PARKS before your pre-booked time unless advised by a member of staff.
On Arrival - Follow signs to Heathrow Airport from all major roads. On approach to the Airport follows signs to your departure terminal, then please follow the arrival procedure as described under:-
Terminal 2
After passing through the tunnels (Tunnel road) into Heathrow Airport, follow signs for Terminal 2 Short Stay Car Park. As you approach the ramp, stay in the far-right hand lane, take a ticket from the barrier that is to the far right and follow signs for Level 4. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive round to Row B. This is where your Driver will meet you.
Terminal 3.
Please follow signs to the drop off lane at Departures for terminal 3
Enter the Short-Stay Car-park and proceed to LEVEL 4, Row B. This is where the DRIVER will meet you.
Terminal 5
Once you follow the signs for SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, stay in the Left-lane and follow signs for Level 4. Follow the Level 4 sign into the car park and drive round to Row S. This is where your DRIVER will meet you.
On Return:
PLEASE call on the number on your confirmation once you have collected your luggage and are on the way to the CAR PARK to collect your car, you will be responsible for the car park exit fee.
Terminal 2.
We will ask you to make your way to Level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, rows A and B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 3.
Please call us when the plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to make your way to the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, LEVEL 4, row B, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Terminal 5.
Please call us when your plane lands, then second call when you have collected all your luggage, we will then ask you to take the lift to level 4 of the SHORT-STAY CAR PARK, Row S, this is where we will return your vehicle to you.
Transfers do not apply for this service, as you will be met at the Terminal itself. Please NOTE although we can help with the luggage for disabled passengers, we are not allowed to leave the car and therefore cannot accompany anyone to the building.
All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows:
Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in)
Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in)
London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

Hi can you accept a 14 seater minibus, it is 2.8metres long wheel base Mercedes sprintercan be driven on normal license. We have spoken with the car park and there is a possibility that they would accept this vehicle, but due to the length of the car park they would need to charge for two spaces.
