Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. Booking online straightforward and instruction clear. However when I called 30 minutes prior to arriving on both occasions (departing via Heathrow and returning), I was called by the driver and told not to follow instruction but to meet in a layby, I imagine to save the car park entry charge. This wasnât easy to find and the slightly irritated driver talked me in on hands free. On my return I have received a fine from Heathrow. Needless to say Happy Days deny any responsibility. FHR are ok, Happy Days Meet and Greet are not!

Despite e mailing the admin team of my changed arrival time, they made me wait for a Long time telling me that I actually sent the e mail to the wrong team! It seems Like The âhelp teamâ and âadmin teamâ do not have any coordination with one another. The driver collecting the car was rude and casual totally unprofessional and also the same person over the phone today was extremely rude trying to lecture me why I sent the e mail to the wrong team to inform them of my arrival time and day as well was suppose to send the e mail to their help team âdespite the fact that the only information shared with me at the time of collecting my car was a slip with all contact numbers and e mails that did not contain any help e mail Not good to wait after a long overnight flight

Hi Your staff, on the phone, and your drivers were very pleasant an helpful. My hesitation in booking again is the change of arrangements for arrival and collection from the 3rd floor of the short stay carpark to one of the far lanes of the drop off area. I received a call as I was driving to Heathrow (in the dark and pouring rain) to find the access road, and to identify it by it saying 'exit' on it. I was unable to find this particular lane and had to drive into the drop off area, phone your company, and wait for the driver to find me. It was all resolved, but it would have been easier to me to use the 3rd floor of the short stay car park. I appreciate the reasons that there can be heavy traffic around the terminal and the alternate location makes collection and return quicker.

Booked drop off for 5am but the day before traveling I was informed that the earliest drop off is 5.30 as the drivers don't start work until 5am. It should not be possible to book a drop off time before 5.30 if this service is not available!! Furthermore, the parking was booked several weeks in advance but they waited until the last moment to inform us that the drop off time wasn't available, making it extremely difficult to do anything about it. What if my flight had not allowed for this loss of 30 minutes before departure?!? On arrival, the collection of the car also took longer than other services we have used in the past. It is impossible to predict exactly a collection time as flights get delayed, customs and luggage collection are unpredictable.... . We booked the collection time cautiously allowing a little extra time which in the end was not needed, but our car was not available until our booked collection time. One of the main reasons for booking a meet and greet service is for comfort and prevention of delays on arrival. This is particularly important when traveling with children, as we were. All other meet and greet services we have used in the past were always able to deliver our car within a few minutes of calling them on arrival, regardless of the actual booked time of collection. The staff were very friendly though and our car appears to have been safe whilst we were away. The service is therefore not terrible but compared to our experience with other providers I would choose to book with someone else next time.

We were late on the way out and they managed to organise to still pick up our car which was good, even if it did take quite a long time. When we came back it was more than a 45 minute wait so we would have been better off in long stay parking. Totally misses the point of valet parking.

After ringing with our estimated arrival time we drove to the designated area as requested. We had to wait roughly 10 minutes for staff to arrive to check us in, and this was done with ease. Staff could of been a little friendlier but we understand itâs a busy job. On our return from holiday we rang to say we had collected our luggage and were informed we would receive a call back saying how long it would be before we could collect our car. Overall waiting time from collecting bags to getting car was about 20 minutes. Again, staff could of been friendlier.

Kept us waiting for 40 minutes at lhr term 5 after we had got our cased. We had to call them after half an hour to find out why the delay. Level 4 was very quiet so why did it take so long to deliver our car. Would not use this meet and greet company again.

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee.
