You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off and your vehicle will be waiting for you. Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).

What security measures does the car park have?

During busy times we may ask you to meet at passenger drop off area for collection/return Please note that your specified meet time is appointed. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay. Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 (subject to change) - payable to Happy Days. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. To check the charge for your vehicle, use this link https://tfl.gov.uk/modes/driving/check-your-vehicle/?intcmp=52335 If you need to pay the ULEZ charge, a daily charge runs from midnight to midnight, every day of the year (except for Christmas Day). On arrival at the airport we had to wait for someone to take our car for almost 20 minutes despite phoning 30 minutes in advance of arrival as requested. Luckily we had extra time otherwise it would have made our check in process very stressful.

Disappointing as there is no formal drop off /pick up point for Happy Days parking. Documentation stated to go to terminal 2 Carl park in level 4 which we did. Driver was late and then kept changing where we should meet. Eventually car dropped off in the departure zone at T2 whole process took ages , it would have been easier and faster had we used a park and ride service rather than the meet and greet service- not fun after spending over 20 hours in transit. Also, no one picked up the phone when we called initially and the voice box was full. Won't be using again.

When we arrived at the meet and greet point there was nobody there to either meet or greet us. We had to wait for 30 minutes after phoning them three times. This of course then worried us that we were late for our check in . The driver asked us upon our return, instead of picking our car up from within the short stay car park (agreed point) if we would wait in the drop off zone. My husband having previously worked at Heathrow pointed out that you are not allowed to pickup from the ‘drop off ‘ zone and were liable to get a parking ticket we would prefer to collect our car from the agreed point , car park 3 level 3. When we returned from our holiday we called as agreed after collecting our bags and were told 10/15 minutes from the ‘drop off zone'. I again said that we are not allowed to pickup from there. The lady said I had no choice as that was where our car would be in 10-15 minutes. I told them that if we were to get a ticker we would pass it on to ‘ Happy Days ‘ . We then waited 30 minutes for our car. We are yet to find out if we will receive a ticket in the post.

Excellent prompt service, our flight arrived an hour early, but they delivered the car within minutes. Four stars only as car must have been parked under a tree as was covered with sticky residue. A bit annoying as the could have washed it!

Service on arrival was efficient. On return we had to wait 20 minutes for our car. The inside smelt of cigarettes and the seats had been adjusted and not returned to their original position. Also the radio had been fiddled with and many of our settings altered.

Timing was fine and drivers were polite. I was uncomfortable that i did not get any paperwork from the collecting driver - he just showed me a screenshot on his mobile phone. I would have liked some form of identification. The car had mud on its wheels when delivered back to the departure area so i have a feeling it was kept in a field? Not sure if i would use again

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.

Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.

No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.

What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee.
