Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 (subject to change) - payable to Happy Days. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. Outstanding service by Happy Days Meet and Greet. They called me on route to the airport to check my arrival time, and were waiting at departures drop off as specified, and called me again, on my return to Heathrow, to say car was waiting for us.

I was left most confused by the instructions as to where to meet the driver, signage at the airport may have changed but it was far from easy to find the drop off point and I had to exit the parking and found my way, more by accident than anything else to level 4 only to be adviised by the other companies located there that Happy Days no longer uses this point of drop off. When I then rang the office I was advised that soneone would be with me shortly and when the chauffeur arrived he advised that he had been waiting at the drop off point on level 5. Fortunately, I had allowed a considerable amount of extra time and was therefore not in a great rush. On my return, the state of the interior of my vehicle in the drivers footwell is unacceptable- there is a lot of caked on mud all over the mats and when I raised this with the chauffeur, he advised that I make a complaint but said that there is work being done at the yard and so it is rather muddy. I am horrified as to this mess having expected that my vehicle would be well taken care of - I would strongly advise that you should fit any vehicles with disposable cardboard mats if the yard is in such a state when you are dealing with other people's valuable property.

I've use Happy Days many times, but this time (LHR Terminal 3) was poor from arrival to pick-up. Normally I drop off at short term parking, but I got a call about 30 mins ahead of time (good job I wasn't driving) to say meet at a different place (basically on front of the terminal). Did that (we eventually found each other..) and was told that on my return to just call the person who had picked me up. On return, phoned as directed and was told I should not be phoning him and to call the office. Ferreted out the office number and called them. I was told 15-20 minutes and to meet in a different place than in the instructions. After 30minutes I got my car back. Not meet and greet - wait, freeze your bits off, poor excuse.

Everything was fine except for the fact that after driving for 6 hours, I arrived 30 minutes early and was spoken to like a naughty child for being early. In the end I told the telephone guy that I would find a layby somewhere to appease him. He then raised his voice and instructed me to go to another meeting point. Not being famikiar with the area I entered the car park and again when I phoned for instructions was treated like an idiot. Rest of the staff fine and friendly.

Very pleased with the Meet & Greet service, couldn't have gone any better. I was met by one of the team at the Departures drop-off area and on my return I only had to wait for few minutes after I'd collected my luggage. Efficient service and friendly staff, I'd definitely use again.

We had not travelled from Heathrow before and even though we had booked a Meet and Greet service to ease our anxiety, the experience was very stressful. ON departure. we were told to meet at Level 3 of the short stay car park but there was a change of plan last minute. We didn't have to wait too long before the person arrived to take our car though so this wasn't a huge problem. On our return, there was again a change of plan and it took a little while to find the driver - this was due to some miscommunication by telephone and us not knowing the airport very well. Although not entirely the fault of the company, the experience and service could definitely have been smoother and less stressful.

The arrival arrangements were a nightmare. Happy Days changed the meeting point from the previous written instructions when we phoned them to say we were near Heathrow. Instead of meeting inside the short term car park, we were asked to meet them outside the terminal in a drop off zone. It was very cold, and we had to wait 35 minutes for their driver, who was difficult to find.

Everyone I dealt with were friendly and helpful. I did have a problem when meeting to drop off my car, in that I was waiting for nearly half an hour. I had booked the drop off early due to travelling with someone that has mobility problems. This time was taken up, standing outside the airport waiting for my meet and greet, adding stress to the journey. This said, I would use this service again.

Pleased with initial contact with agents before we dropped the car off. We parked car in the wrong place and the driver found us quickly on the next level in the car park. Our car was brought to us within 20 mins and we were able to leave the airport quickly.

Fantastic communication throughout. I missed my initial flight and came back a day later than expected. They handled the whole situation incredibly professionally. There was only a small charge for the extra day (more than reasonable) which was a big weight off my mind after forking out on a last minute cancellation flight home. I will 100% be using them again.

FHR made a mistake on the booking confirmation with an incorrect contact number for Happy Days. I had a very difficult time getting a correct number out of FHR, had to phone them 3 times from the car park. Once I did reach Happy Days, they were fantastic. They arrived promptly to collect my car. And, it was a great relief to receive a call from Happy Days, whilst I was still collecting my luggage, to say my car was already waiting for me at the airport. I will definitely be using Happy Days in the future.

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
