Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off and your vehicle will be waiting for you. If you should arrive before or after this time this may result in a delay. Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 (subject to change) - payable to Happy Days. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. Great service. Clear instructions for drop off and collection upon return. Very good communication and appreciated Happy Days accommodating our early (by almost 1hr) arrival on the departure day. We just called en route and they arranged the driver to meet us there early.

A good experience overall; friendly staff who took the hassle out of parking with the family + luggage including baby stoller, car seat etc. Drop off was smooth, and the collection was pretty good. My only minor gripe is that they brought the car before we were ready. While this wasn't too much of an issue, we'd rather have had another 10 minutes to sort out the kids a little more. Will definitely use again.

Perfect valet parking I was a bit concerned to start as when we called 20 minutes away the person on the other line had obviously just woken up I was then told to meet the driver outside the front of the terminal and not where it said on the paperwork. The person was waiting without a uniform or anything that said who they were but they had all our detail so I left the car in his hands, I came back 2 weeks later to the car waiting outside the terminal front door with only 13 miles extra on ( I always make a note of the miles) so it hadn’t been kept far away. All the people I felt with were polite and courteous and offered to help with bags. I would definitely use them again and would say it’s the best valet parking I’ve used.

Took over 30 mins to get car back to us - despite being told it would be 20mins max. Driver rang us to say he was 5 mins away and then didn’t appear for over 15 mins. We weren’t offered any apology and the guy seemed surprised we were annoyed!

The telephone number given in the booking instruction was wrong, they cannot find my booking. Cannot find the representative in the collections desks at the car park. With the help of other agents at the desk, we finally tracked down the company and met the agent who collected the car. It was worrying especially you need to catch a flight! Collection of vehicle was much smoother, received a call as soon as the plane landed. Meet the representative at Drop off point instead of car point. It is ok for me as long as I receive a ticket for loading at drop off point. Overall the car received in "one piece" and without problem. Heard about the horror stories about this type of parking. So I will give 4 star and hope they improve the information of the contact numbers.

Very good service. The meet and greet chaps were very bubbly, a good craic. The only minor issue was that , having a white car, it came back somewhat dirtier than I handed it over and there was mud on the passenger side floor and a bit on the seat suggesting a passenger had ridden in the car. Not sure why ? Other than that good service.

Dropping off was excellent. Unfortunately return flight delayed . Was contacted whilst waiting for bag and was informed that car would be waiting for me. Twenty minutes later I arrived at collection point and still waited 15 minutes for the car to arrive.

Happy days were excellent. We had a call from Mohammed even before we left home with clear concise instructions and directions for leaving the car. He phoned again just before we arrived at the airport and was there to greet us. The hand over was fast and efficient. Our return was the same. A call from Michael even before we were off the plane!!. We had landed early but the car was ready and waiting when we got to the collection point. Another seamless handover. We were very impressed and would highly recommend Happy Days Meet and Greet.

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
