Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off and your vehicle will be waiting for you. Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 (subject to change) - payable to Happy Days. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. When we arrived back at heathrow: - we called as instructed, response was 5-10 mins your car will be there - we went and waited at level 4 in the correct area (where several other people were having their cars driven round) - 22 mins after initial call: we called again; response was it will be brought round shortly - after 30 mins - we went inside and asked, the person had our keys and our car had been parked there the whole time This was mega frustrating and would ask you respect people's time more. We hadn't seen our son for four days so every minute was feeling precious! But why couldn't the caller have informed us properly? Or the person waiting inside have informed us? We stood directly outside the sliding doors the whole time A critical review which I would rarely do but hopefully it improves future experience. Our car was fine and would be a useful and well priced service

I can honestly say this was one of the best meet & greet services we have used. We only booked the night before for a departure at Heathrow T3. The email confirmation details were all correct and promptly received. The drop off and collection instructions were clear and simple. There was a manned desk in the car park so we did not have to wait at the drop off point. On our return the driver came well within the time specified after being called. Both the driver on drop off and the driver on collection were helpful and polite. All in all an excellent service and one which we use again, on top of that it was great value too!

As always, the service was excellent, both outbound and inbound. However, the guys that delivered the car on our return said they had not got the message that we were returning a day later than previously advised and turned up on Monday. However, they knew about collecting the extra days money. I didn't argue but I thought they had to wait for us to ring them on arrival before delivering the car. You might just want to follow up on that but not an issue for us.

Drop off was easy and fine. But for the pick up I was told it would be 20 mins to deliver the car and it actually took 35 mins. It was not a busy time of day and there was not much traffic. Standing around in a cold carpark for an additional 15 minutes is something that I could do without.

An excellent service, the instructions were perfect right from guiding us into the short stay which made life very simple and our holiday most enjoyable, no waiting around for a shuttle, we would definately use this service again, I do however think Heathrow Airport should give over another row for the comings and goings as so many people were using this service it was a little hectic with cars, but I must emphasis that I do not blame Drive fly for the congestion, they have set up a system that is well priced and successful. 'Meet' went well. 'Greet' not so much. Took over 45 minutes to deliver my car - could have driven it from Reading by then! Given they're delivering cars every few minutes and were well aware of the traffice conditions, as well as having my flight number therefore visible of the early landing time, the car should have been on its way already.

Dropping car off was great but they were late getting car back to us (40mins) which they said was owing to road works. Had they said that they would be delayed when I rang them I would have been prepared. The ash tray was also broken which we have since been able to fix. Why they needed to access the ash tray I have no idea! Staff were very polite and its such a pity that they let us down on two points otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Won't let this stop us booking with them again though as they are very competitive price wise.

These were great, just as meet n' greet should be. Our flight got cancelled the day before so we had to fly with another airline from a different terminal, we called FHR, not a problem, they dealt with it. On dropping off at terminal 5 everything went smoothly, dropped off in no time. On return, this time to T2, we called when we got our luggage as instructed, were told where to go, when we got there our car was waiting & we were given the keys. The chap went & paid our ticket whilst we loaded the car & we were off! Simples. Although that is exactly what should happen with meet n greet, in my experience it rarely does, in fact we were going to stop using the service & go back to leaving in a car park & using a shuttle again because we have had problems with waiting for the car for so long in the past but when it works like this it's great!

Worked almost like clockwork, 2 reasons for not giving a 5:- 1/ they didn't call me 30 minutes before on the way to the airport (quite common if you look at the other reviews but not a major issue); you could work on your people skills when answering the telephone. Very gruff and put the phone down rather abruptly. Otherwise, does everything it says on the tin. I was promptly met in the correct area by the driver, completed the paperwork and I was on my way. On the return leg, I called just after getting my luggage, and despite being earlier than my scheduled time was told the car would be there in 15 mins, it was there in about 10. swift turnaround allowed me to be on my way with no difficulties. Would definitely use again!

collection was perfect and allowed for delays in arriving etc . on the return some delay in getting the car to me and confusion on the pick up point largely due to high congestion but it meant a 20 minute wait in the wrong place!

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
