Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. Called correct number on way into Heathrow and was told where to leave my car, by time I arrived, no-one seemed to have any idea who I was and had to fill in the booking card by hand. Didn't inspire confidence. When I returned, called the number again, told would be 20 minutes, waited 45 before car arrived. Muddy footprints in the car (not mine) plus they seem to have adjusted absolutely everything from wing mirrors, lights, seats, rear view mirror, steering wheel, radio station, reversing camera, etc. I appreciate it helps the driver however after a tiring transatlantic flight and the extra wait again doesn't suggest to me that I choose this company again from all the alternatives.

Booking service was fine, but when we reached T2 car park L2 Block A/B we couldn't find/was not met by anyone from FHR or Happy Days. Turns out your drivers worked under the DriveFlight(?) name. As a result we were left hanging around unnecessarily. On return, although the flight was very punctual, and we phoned as soon as we got thro' Passport Control, we still had to wait for approx. 30 mins before our car arrived. Not a particularly bad service, but enough to make us consider alternatives.

Arrived back to Heathrow T5 at 9:40, called car company before passport control as we only had hand baggage, to find it would be a 30 minute delay. Getting pretty fed up of Meet and Greet that doesn't deliver the service we pay for. So the car arrived one hour after we landed , not good enough. Booking procedure was good as always, cost was good particularly as we had a Black Friday deal, but the wait is just too long.

Extremely efficient service, once again, second time we've used FHR. The service was provided at LHR T2 by Happy Days Parking. On drop-off at T2 we had a wait of abut 10 to 15mins while the attendant arrived, but the phone service was good and we were assured the driver was on his way to find us, as indeed he was. On return, the car was waiting on Level 2 as soon as we stepped outside the terminal, very friendly staff too. Good job!

I parked my vehicle took my cases, handed over the keys and given a receipt for the car and went on my way. On return phoned the number I was given and text on my return collected my bags and phoned was advised that my car would be on 2 floor etc in 15 mins. The numbers given to ring on return were not answered ended up ringing 0800 one got through but unable to understand the instructions. However car was waiting for us in the car park but it was filthy mud all over the front and sides and drviers foot well. Looked like it had been parked in a field on been on a cross country rally. This spoilt our experience of this service which was good in parts

If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
