Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please telephone your driver on the number on your confirmation1 or the number on your confirmation2 when you are 30 mins away from terminal. (4am-midnight). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00.(subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off and your vehicle will be waiting for you. Terminal 2 - sat-nav postcode: (TW6 1EW) From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. Go through the main tunnel to the Central Terminal Area for Terminals 1, 2 & 3. Exiting the tunnel, keep right, passing the Central Bus Station, joining the final approaches to Terminal 2 on Cosmopolitan Way. Again, keep right as the road to Terminal 2 will move away from building, before turning back as the road ramps up to Terminal 2 Departures & the Short Stay 2 car park on Constellation Way. On the rising ramp, continue to keep right as the ramp will lead directly into the "Short stay car park" entry barriers. Take the barrier ticket and enter the carpark. Entering the car park on Level 4, keep RIGHT for Level 4 following the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and then park your vehicle in "Row B". Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. Terminal 2 - on return Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row B next to the lift/pay machines Terminal 3- Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 1QG From the M25 exit at Junction 14, follow the signs for Terminals 1, 2 & 3 all the way round following onto the Western Perimeter Road. As you arrive in the arrivals, just before the exit door on the Right Hand Side, take the lift to Level 3 Short Stay Car Park, ROW ''A'' Terminal 4- sat-nav postcode: TW6 3XA Departure Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4 When Entering Heathrow Airport, following signs for Terminal 4, Departure Passenger Drop Off, as you go on the ramp towards Terminal 4, keep your vehicle in the left hand lane, and enter into Lane 3, which is the furthest lane away from the Terminal. Continue down the lane and at the end of the lane on the left hand side you will see a sign on the floor marked Permit Holders park your vehicle there, here you will be greeted by one of our chauffeurs, who will have all your booking details and will be wearing a black jacket. Return Procedure For Heathrow Terminal 4. Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. As you exit the arrival Hall, cross the road directly towards the Short Stay Car park on the Ground floor. As you walk outside the Arrival building to the short stay car park, walk across to the other side of the car park right by the pay machine which is located next the pedestrian crossing. Your vehicle will be returned where the Black and White signs say Off Air Meet & Greet at the furthest point of the car park away from the Terminal building on the Right hand side. Terminal 5 - Sat-Nav postcode: TW6 2GA Follow the signs for "Short stay Car Park" found on the right hand side of the ramp as you enter the exit for Terminal 5 roundabout. After following the signs for Short Stay Car Park, you will see a sign on the left-hand lane marked "LEVEL 4". Stay in this lane which will take you straight to a set of barriers. Take the ticket from the barrier and make your way to Zones ''R''-''S''. Park your vehicle in these designated areas which is sign posted in these zones as ''Off Airport Meet & Greet''. Here you see one of our chauffeurs who is based near the ticket pay machine, who will have all your booking details. On Return T5: Once you have collected your luggage and are about to clear Customs, call the number given when your car was collected. Make your way to the same place where you dropped the vehicle off; Level 4 short stay car park, and the vehicle will be parked in Row ''R'' OR ''S''. All the Short Stay Car Parks have a height limit. These are as follows: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 4: (Short Stay Car Park 4): 2.0m (6ft 6in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During certain busy periods or lengthy periods of stay, your car may be parked in any one of Happy Days’ Secondary Secure Compounds which could be up to 15 miles away (one way), depending on which terminal you have dropped your vehicle off. Please note that the secondary compounds may not have CCTV but are fenced and manned. Once your pre-booked parking period has commenced, any over stay will be charged at a daily rate of £25.00 (subject to change) payable to Happy Days on collection of your car. If your return time passes midnight from the paid booking date and your car needs to be delivered after midnight an additional charge of £25 (subject to change) - payable to Happy Days. London's Ultra Low Emission Zone, or ULEZ, is expanding to encompass all of Greater London, including Heathrow Airport area, from the 29 August 2023. The daily charge for non-compliant vehicles is £12.50 for most vehicles, including cars, vans, and motorcycles. Although I was about 8 minutes late arriving there was no one to meet me for a further 10 minutes. And this was only after I had called again. (I did call to advise I would be 5 minutes late when I was 25 minutes away). On my return I called from baggage reclaim, as requested and was told the car would be there in 15 minutes. After 20 minutes and no car I called again and was told a few minutes. Eventually the driver arrived after about 30 minutes, and then I had to wait whilst he answered his phone, and then went to pay for the exit ticket. Not what I expect with a meet and greet service.

They were waiting at airport to meet me when I departed so no hanging around. Had to wait 10 mins for car to be returned, but probably my own fault as didn't phone till through customs & only took couple minutes to walk to car park from there. Only had hand luggage so next time would call as soon as through passport control. Good efficient service & polite drivers

Terminal 5 drop off point was tricky to find. Area R could not clearly be seen from the car. Return time was somewhat lengthy. Staff helpful and friendly.

The meet and greet service worked well thank you. If I had a complaint it would be that the drivers altered the controls and had activated buttons and changed a number of settings in the car.

Quick and easy stress free way of arriving at and departing from airport. Courteous staff. Only issue is that instructions on where to enter the car park for Heathrow T5 need updating and to be clearer - we ended up in the wrong car park and had to pay to get back out!

It was a little misleading We thought we would be dropping just outside of the airport terminal as the paperwork said - instead on phoning ono arrival, we had to go to the Short term car park which was a little chaotic - also a chaotic walk back to this terminal and trying to get into the lift to the get to the right floor was a nightmare! In all it took is 35 mins from receipt of our cases and ringing the Happy Days meet and greet to get our car which to be honest is not as swift as we would have expected - dont think we will book again - will go with a valet service which drops outside of the terminal

This was my worst experience with parking companies in UK. On the day I was flying I was told that I need to inform company when I am 15-20 minutes from Heathrow and I have done as instructed. Operator told to go to departure drop off area and somebody will be waiting for me. We came there and nobody was waiting. After few minutes I called them to check what is going on and I was told that they are waiting on me at arrival which was ridiculous, After few minutes somebody came and took my car. I was hoping it will be better when we come back but it was even worst. When we cleared customs I've tried to reach them on 3 phones given but nobody was answering. Finally, after 25 minutes somebody picked up phone and answered, when I told him that I couldn't get anyone person was telling that he was trying to reach me and that was obvious lie. He told that my car should be delivered in 10-15 minutes and again that was not true. It took them almost half an hour to bring car to Terminal 1. All in all, avoid this company if you can.

The service was good, however we did have to wait a little to long at drop off. We phoned twenty minutes before arrival at Heathrow, as requested, but when we arrived we had to wait at least 15 and perhaps closer to 20 minutes for your agent to meet us.

All vehicles must be legally roadworthy, taxed, and have a valid MOT certificate prior to handover. If the vehicle is found to be untaxed or without a valid MOT, the customer will be given the opportunity to update the documentation immediately. If this cannot be done, an administrative charge of £80 will apply for each missing requirement (Tax or MOT). Vehicles that cannot legally be driven may be refused collection or return until compliance is achieved.
Ignition keys must be left in the vehicle when handing over to staff.
The Company reserves the right to move the vehicle within or between compounds for operational efficiency. Vehicles may be stored up to 15 miles away.
No claim for damage can be made unless reported to a representative before the vehicle leaves the premises. A service fee may be charged for jump-starts or tyre inflation.

I'm interested in meet ad greet Heathrow Terminal 5 (20 Aug to 1 Sept). Are there any exit fees on top of the price? What's your cancellation policy, ie, are there cancellation charges if I cancel and can I get refund if I cancel more than 24 hours befour 20 Aug?You will only incur additional exit fees if you exceed the 15 minutes period they give you to exit the car park. If you pay the cancellation fee waiver at the time of booking you will be able to cancel your booking and have a refund up to 24 hours prior to the date of travel.
can we bring ford trasit vanWe have contacted Happy Days Meet and Greet and regrettably they do not accept Ford Transit Vans.
Can I drop off at T3 and collect from T5?That would be absolutely fine you just enter the terminal details when making your reservation.
I leave from terminal 3 at Heathrow and return to terminal 4. Can you give me the meet and greet service?Yes Happy Days can meet you and one terminal and deliver the car back to another.
What are your cancellation terms?You have the option when making a booking to take out the 99p waiver fee. If you take this and cancel with more than 24 hours notice before your arrival date you get a full refund less the waiver fee and any credit card fees which may have been applied.
