You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Prompt replies and generally helpful staff. We arrived 10 minutes late than planned and the chap was waiting fo us but missed seeing us drive in so after waiting for 5 minutes I phoned his number directly and he came over . On our return we waited where we were told but then I spotted our car immediately in front of the silver building where we had been told it would be by the person who collected it before the holiday. Before we could get to him he drove off and then drove past us without stopping, I believe that was because they were moving traffic on from that lane and I wonder why they didn't use the drop off lanes . We were told by the office to going the multistep carpark and our car eventually arrived . I was very disconcerted t see a battery warning light ( which dint turn off for the next 150 miles )and asked the driver, he denied seeing it but then admitted he had but that it was on as the car was started and had nothing else to say. When we drove off we found the heated seats on full but as it ws warm wen we left i doubt they were on then and wonder if they had adjusted the light setting and left them on . I have never had problem with the battery before or subsequently and it had obviously been drained on the site, I wonder if they had jumped it but didn't tell us

Great service, on collection, I didn't have to wait up to 5 mins for the attendant to collect my keys from me and I was on my way and picking up my car on arrival, My car was waiting for me as I exited the airport. I will definitely use this service again.

We were met by a friendly representative on arrival who provided us with a luggage trolley - a first. Excellent service. Prompt friendly Had to amend arrival date weekend before travel. Fhr don't operate telephone line on Saturday mornings, nor acknowledge email response. I got in touch with meet & greet co direct (Star Parking) who were very helpful & sorted the necessary amendment out.

Quick and easy. These guys seem to have the whole process of airport parking sussed. What do you want when you park your car at an airport? For me I like it to be close to the airport to enable a quick transfer. I like the transfers to be frequent, the cost to be right and for my car to be in the same condition that I left it in. I need the process from start to finish to be quick and simple. I don't need any frills like tea and coffee facilities or even toilets if I'm not going to be there long. I don't need lots of communication from the person I hand my car keys over to, especially when it's some unsociable early hour in the morning. Just enough explanation as to what I have to do to park my car, get to the airport and what to do on my return. It ticked all the above boxes. I was given a simple piece of card which I kept in my case with the number to call on my return. The transport to go back to the car park arrived promptly. All in all a very easy, quick pleasant service which I would recommend.

Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
