You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Head for the short stay car park, where a fully insured driver will meet you on the designated area of the forecourt and will identify you by your car registration. Please call Star Parking 20 Minutes before the scheduled arrival time on the number on your confirmation (No text/voicemail). Exit/Entry Fees: The Heathrow exit/entry charges for the SHORT STAY are not included in the price, a fee of £8.00 on entry and on exit, the first 30 minutes are charged at £8.00 (subject to change).What is the pick-up procedure?

Terminal 2 Drop-off procedures Terminal 2 - Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1EW (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Once you have passed the main tunnel, follow signs for Terminal 2; stay in the right-hand lanes, then join the ramp. Stay on the right by following the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Once you are approaching the car park barriers, drive towards the one on your far right-hand lane, marked at barrier number 6. Take a ticket and enter the car park on Level 4. Follow the signs for Off Airport Parking Meet & Greet and follow the one-way arrows to rows A and B, where our representative will meet you. Terminal 2 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers must pick up their cars on level 4, Zone A or B, in the short-stay car park. Terminal 3 drop-off procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 1QG (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Once you have exited the tunnel, stay on the left-hand lane and follow the signs for terminal 3 departures. As you drive past the Hilton Garden Hotel at the bend, remain on the right and follow the signs for short-stay passenger pick-up. Take a ticket at the barriers and follow up to level 4 on the spiral. Park your car at zone A/B where the meet and greet points are. (Towards the end of the car park). You will be met by one of our representatives. Terminal 3 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Passengers will pick up their cars on Level 4 of the Terminal 3 short-stay car park. Once you have come out from the arrivals, walk towards the café Nero and take the lift opposite and proceed to level 1 Then, walk across the bridge, and at the end of it, you will come to the pay station lobby Retake the lifts to level 4. We deliver vehicles at A or B at the car park. During peak hours, the collection/drop off point may change due to long queues and to avoid extra waiting time, you can choose to meet on the forecourt. For forecourt collection/drop off a levy fee will be payable to Heathrow Airport Limited, payment can be made on the airports web site. Outbound: Terminal 5 procedures Sat-Navigation postcode: TW6 2GA (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Once you are at the main roundabout, drive straight towards the ramp Stay right at the "Short Stay and Passenger Pick Up" sign. Drive under the height restriction arm, keep left, and follow the "Avis/Budget car" sign. First, you must go through the purple canopy before entering the car park. Then you will drive towards the car park barriers. Take a ticket and drive down to rows "R & S" You will be met by one of our representatives to collect your vehicle. Terminal 5 Return procedures Call Star Parking on 07530500009 once you have collected your last bag from the belt. Once you have entered the arrival hall, Walk towards the Café Nero (Red coloured pillar marked as South meeting point) Exit the arrival building. Take the lifts, then proceed to level 4 (Do not take the lift next to the café Nero) Important Note: Star Parking track the return flight number you enter during the booking process. It is a vital piece of information to stay on track. Providing incorrect flight numbers can result in hours of delays for your vehicle return, although you have given Star Parking the correct return time. Car Park Height restrictions: Terminal 2 (Short Stay Car Park 2): 2.05m (6ft 9in) Terminal 3 (Short Stay Car Park 3): 2.2m (7ft 2in) Terminal 5 (Short Stay Car Park 5): 2.2m (7ft 2in) You must ensure that before leaving the vehicle with the car parking company it is in a roadworthy condition, taxed and holds a current MOT if applicable. Star Parking will refuse to collect cars with tyres below 1.6mm tread. Cars are taken on approx. 20 miles round trip to the compound. Prob the best service we’ve had and we’ve used lots at LHR. Dropping in lanes rather than car park is so easy and car dropped back to lanes within 10 mins of getting our luggage. Highly recommend.

I have been taken care of with A real and professional staff in a way, the parking staff handled my car forth and back at the airport parking where I needed to get off and get back on my car with no problems. I will definitely choose that company again to park my car while I'm traveling.

We’ve used Star Parking Meet and Greet this year and both times the service has been fantastic and reasonable price. Staff are always there to collect and deliver car and we’ve had no problems with car or mileage. Would highly recommend.

Took 40 minutes to get to Heathrow after we called them. Would not use them again. When he did arrive he was driving my car very fast. Told them we were not happy his attitude was poor. It was a logistical reason! Obviously not enough drivers . They knew exactly which flight we were on and arrival time, we had booked months ago so the planning should be easy. We left the terminal and hour and 15 minutes after landing.

There was a bit of a wait when we arrived but we were early so this was acceptable. Car was returned quickly in return. Within 5 mins of reaching car park. Not sure where it was stored though as it was covered in spiderwebs and there were leaves in the footwell of the car

Faultless experience with my drop off and pick up. We stayed close to the terminal on the night before, then received a call to see how our journey was progressing so we were able to give accurate timings for arrival. We met the driver as planned and handed the vehicle over. Four weeks later, cleared baggage claim and phoned. The driver said he would be 15 minutes and he was! Such an easy and pleasant experience.

Important Note: Once your car has arrived in the car park, you will get a 15 min window to collect your vehicle and leave the building without additional charges. On your return, your car will be delivered once you have made the clearance call. Any prevailing car park charges after this time will be your responsibility. Hello, are there any fees at Terminal 5 for entering the drop-off zone (similar to Gatwick Airport)?The chauffeurs ask you to call them when you are 20 minutes from the airport. They have a 10 minute window to collect customers from this area. Beyond this extra charges may apply.
