The service we have received from the staff at Imagine in Liverpool has always been 110% we have used them numerous times and have never let us down !, they pick you up within minutes of your telephone call. Excellent service. Very competitive price & good value for money. On the outward journey service was perfect. On the return journey I experienced a slight problem. It was a very windy day & ringing from mobile phone to mobile I couldn't here a single word that was said, although they immediately rung back when I couldn't communicate with them. Just one of those things & as the car park was so close a quick 5 minute walk was all that was required. Every effort was given to accomodate me & it was in no way any of the staff fault. Just one of those things that happen. I would definetely use your service again. Next time I will ring the land line to get through next time!!

The car park is very close to the airport maybe about half a mile. On return to the airport we called for our pick up and waited 20 minutes to be collected. We were taken back to where we left our car, however it wasnt there! We then waited another 30 minutes for the driver to be taken to the outside compound where it was stored. The car wasnt even locked up. In total from when we made our phonecall for the pick up it was one hour and ten minutes to everyone getting into the car and leaving the storage carpark.

Found general location easily on arrival using sat nav directions (although couldn't find actual units straight away but that was probably purely down to me being a dozy cow!!!) Excellent, friendly service and value for money. Will definitely be using again and have already recommended to others. Very speedy pick up for shuttle on return even though at 4am, literally rang from terminal to say we had arrived and very pleasant driver waiting for us when we got to pick up point. Brilliant!! Thank you

We were very happy indeed with everything at your car park, except for the fact that when we got in our car the in-car heating system had been changed, as had the radio channels. No problem, because we simply changed them back to our original settings, but it might give some customers the impression that your people had "taken the car for a spin" whilst we were away!(hence the slightly lower rating for security). The car park is patrolled 24 hours, however during the period of infrequent flights due to COVID-19 the office is not manned 24 hours.
If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.

Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking

Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.

Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.

The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.

Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.

The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

can we park a 17 seater mini busyou can park a 17 seater but would be charged for 2 spaces - you would need to call our reservations team to make the booking

HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
