First time I have used this company. I got myself abit lost so rang the number on my email. Even though it was 3am, the phone was answered promptly and efficiently and the kind man directed me to the depot. The transfer to the airport was literally minutes, just like it says on the box. We always use imagine car parks - they are courteous, reliable and efficient. We travel out of Liverpool airport at least twice a month and have used them for almost 2 years now. The transfer is quicker than long and medium stay car parks and half the price!!

We make several trips each year, usually from Liverpool, our nearest international airport. We now always choose Imagine - they are courteous and friendly and provide a very efficient rapid shuttle (about 4 minutes) to the airport terminal.

I followed the instructions,paragraph 4 on the 'directions'.I approached the airport, from the direction of the M62, along a dual carrigeway. The airport was visible on my left.I then got totally confused trying to find the 'red post box'.On reflection,it would have been helpful if the printed directions had said, turn left off the dual cariageway onto the airport entrance road.Finding the correct postbox would then have been a piece of cake.

Very close to the airport (on return, we walked to reception rather than wait for a transfer), though not sure where the car was taken and parked as there were a few miles on the clock when I picked it up, hence can't really comment on security. Would use again though, especially as the drop off point is so close to the airport.

*****FOR SAT NAV PURPOSES PLEASE USE POST CODE L24 1YL ****If the office is not manned when you arrive- the arrival procedure is park in a bay, keep keys with you, put a note of your confirmation number on dashboard and then walk over to terminal.
Located just 400 metres from Liverpool airport - 5-7 mins walking
Travelling from North/North East - M6 South to junction 21A with M62. Follow M62 West to junction 6 onto A5300 to th A561 then follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From South/East - M6 North to junction 20 with M56. Follow to junction 12 onto A557/A562, dual carriageway via Runcorn Bridge to merge with A561. Follow signs to Airport.
Travelling From Wirral & North Wales - M53 and then take M56 (as instructions from South/East). From North Wales join the A55 to connect with M56 Eastbound then follow instructions from the East.
The approach dual carriageway which leads directly into the airport is called Speke Hall Avenue and at the top of this carriageway is Dobbies Garden Centre.
Follow cariageway over first roundabout then carry on following airport signs. You will pass Premier Inn Hotel on your left - carry on down until you reach last roundabout which is at the end of the carriageway and you can go no further.
The airport is at the left slip lane at the roundabout - DO NOT TURN INTO AIRPORT - go completely round the roundabout as if you were coming away from airport and within a minute you will see red postbox - turn left and Imagine reception is second building on the right opposite Enterprise car hire.

HiI have always used your parking facilities for a number of years and have never had any problems. I would like to know now that I have just changed my car to 2018 plate Dacia Sandero (I have changed on the prior booking which was with my fiesta) where will it be parked as I have tried to pay extra for indoor parking with you but no vacancies?
