Barrier camera didn’t recognise my car entering and exiting. When rang on intercom, the respondent was unhelpful and I caused a long queue. Had to reverse my car and let 10 other cars through. The solutions: Better camera recognition needed and better staff attitude.

Fast and easy! Just what you need going on holiday with 2 kids. Pulled up & found a parking space within a few minutes. Unloaded the car and was in the terminal within five minutes. Great.

Parking is convenient and I realise it is sold as long stay but feel it is unreasonable that it cost as much to park for 9 hours as a week.

Very Poor, wouldnt recognise my number plate so had to telecom the guy when parking, coming out they tried to charge me £100 and couldnt find any record of my registration, had to give them the ref. no. in the end and exited that way, so much for high tech.

We always use airport parking but the last 2 times our car number plate wasn't recognised and we had trouble trying to leave the car park.

The car park is so close to the terminal building so fabulous location. It took me a while to find a vacant space so definitely make sure you aren't rushing for your flight. I took a few photographs of where I left my car just in case I forgot where I had parked as it is a very large car park.

Used this car park facility many times before, great location and price. This time ID cameras weren't working at entrance, so no reg details/bar code on ticket and consequent hassle on exit. Other cars having same problem,with resulting delays. Had booking details to hand but only one (?) person dealing with calls from barrier. Hope it's sorted now

Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket. Please have your booking reference to hand.
What to do on Departure / Exit:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.
Electric vehicle charging
There are electric charging points in the car park, which are free to use for an hour. They work on a first come first served basis.
By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park. Its £30 for 1 day overstay.

You will see them on the left as you enter the car park. The airport is approx a 4 - 5 minute walk
