Excellent parking area - so near to the terminal, especially when you arrive home to cold, wet & windy weather after spending a week or so in the sun. Beats airport parking at Manchester by miles!

Third time I've used FHR in the last couple of months. Good price. Only downside is that on all 3 occasions the number plate isn't recognised and operator assistance required each time to enter the carpark.

The car park at Liverpool is excellent. We have parked there numerous times. With regard to the booking - there was a digit missed out on our booking, so when we got to the barrier to leave, it indicated we owed £65. This was quickly solved, as I had my reference and the man on the other end of the tannot found the booking and cancelled the charge. Thank you

Excellent as always although the far side of Liverpool Airports carpark was closed for some reason last week so parking spaces were at a premium , but as it had only cost me less than £25 for the week i didnt mind

First class customer service - very easy booking procedure, and the best price! . easy to follow directions . I had to amend the booking twice due to buying a new car and customer service department were extremely helpful, changing firstly the type of car and later changing to a private number plate . will be booking again next year.

Booked on line so no customer service as such - no messing - booked in minutes - found a space easily - in walking distance to terminal(there in minutes) - no problems gaining entry and leaving.

This is the 3rd time booking with FHR and each time i have had a problem at the exit barrier. It seems that the ticket machine on entry prints the wrong REG Number on the ticket so when leaving the car park i have had to call the attendant and give the confirmation details and wait till he opens the barrier.

Please wait whilst your registration is recognised.
A ticket will be automatically produced.
Take the ticket and proceed to the Car Park.
If a ticket is not issued, press the help button for assistance. Do not press for a ticket. Please have your booking reference to hand.
What to do on Departure / Exit:
Insert your ticket into the exit barrier.
The barrier will recognise the booking and lift automatically.
If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.
Any additional stay outside the pre-booked period will be charged at the standard tariff, which should be paid at the car park office prior to collecting your vehicle.

By making this booking you agree that on exiting the car park you will pay any additional car parking charges (whether incurred as a consequence of parking in an incorrect car park or by parking in the Long Stay Car Park beyond the prepaid period) and that [LJLA] will deduct such additional charges from your Debit or Credit Card in accordance with the published rates displayed on the entrance to the relevant car park.
