This should have been NO STARS, but your system does not allow for this! We will never ever use IPark Liverpool again. Even though a space had been pre-booked, on arrival at the airport, the car park was FULL. After driving round the park 3 times, we had no choice but to park our car on the grass within the perimeter of the carpark along with about another 10 cars who had also done the same. On returning to the carpark to collect our car 10 days later, we were horrified to have received a PARKING CHARGE NOTICE for £100. I am just about to ring them and tell them what they can do with their notice....Surely this cannot be right!

Unfortunatey on my return to the car park after a wonderful week in Spain, I was not able to exit the car park. The reason being that I made an error when first booking. I inadvertantly put 11:15 instead of 23:15 as the time of my return. I fully accept responsibility for the error, but was totally devastated and unprintably irate to be told that in order to leave the car park I would have to pay £30. I can understand and would expect a late return fee, but feel that in this particular circumstance, £30 is exhorbitant to say the least! I even considered writing to " Rip off Britain " to expose your money grabbing tactics. Needless to say,I will not be using your services ever again and will desuade my friends,colleagues and anyone I come into contact with to do the same.

When landing with EasyJet at Liverpool one walks with hand luggage from the plane to the terminal building getting very wet if it's raining. You then go UP two flights of stairs (no escalator), walk a very long way along a bleak corridor with a bleak 2008 worn carpet and then go DOWN two flights of stairs (I mean what is the point of that!) you are then at Passport Control, You then collect your luggage. On leaving the terminal building you then face a long walk to the car park particularly if your car is parked at the far end and its raining.(we were Red 9) I am nearing 70 and my wife has knee problems. Is it not possible to provide something similar to golf buggies or mini buses to shuttle between the terminal building and the car park?? Reasonable flight........but exhausted after reaching our car! Security vehicles with cameras are ready to pounce if you try to offload your luggage or pick it up nearer the terminal. Anything to cause inconvenience and make more money with fines.. Not the best experience! Please pass my internal airport comments to the appropriate persons. Incidentally the security guy on the car park gate with the West Indian accent on 22nd August at 5.00am is a star and a credit to whoever employs him. He deserves a huge pat on the back and a commendation.Thank You.

I was a little confused when parking as the signage could have been clearer on approach. Very helpful staff on the intercom when I was at the wrong car park. Clearer charges. Is it daily, hourly? I was a little concerned about my flight being late etc and overcharge. Would have been great to submit the times I required and then to be told the total coverage. Safe car, clearly labelled zones for finding your car on return. Thanks.

No problems parking and ticket machine worked fine , outside parking and spaces tight so be careful where you park if you want to avoid door dents from inconsiderate Parkers

Number plate recognition did not work so I had to read out my reservation number on the intercom, fortunately I had it with me in the front of my car and there was no queue to get in the car park . Apart from that it was fine and only a short walk to the terminal building and I left at the end of the stay without any hitch.

I found the total experience of booking, access to the parking area and vehicle retrieval excellent. I did however think that £28 odd pounds for 4 days parking was exorbitant compared to the advertisement "Park for less than £3.62 per day or £28 per week". This is false advertising.

Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park

Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
