What is the drop-off procedure?

Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

What is the pick-up procedure?

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

I went with I Park because it was the cheapest and close enough to walk to the airport. It is well signposted when you are coming into the airport which I was glad about. Found a parking space within 2 minutes and was in the airport terminal 5 minutes later. Would book again.

Some of the questions are not relevant to us as it was basically automated and we parked the car and walked to the terminal. The car was still there when we returned.

The problem I had was that the reservation was not on the system. I had to wait to be given access to the car park on arrival and also on return the ticket again was not recognized and I had to wait to be allowed exit. Number plate recognition or computer information needs to be improved.

Short walk from terminal building but ANPR entry make it as quick as using the other gated/barrier car parks nearby - just cheaper!

Great Car Park. Great company. Parked there in October and left a window open by mistake. They got the RAC out to cover it up until my return, no charge. This time it all went like clockwork. Thanks.

The location was good although when leaving the car park the machine refused the ticket I was given and when I contacted for help was told that if I didn't have my reference number, I couldn't leave the car park. This was a bit ironic as I still had an hour left on the ticket. Good job I had kept the paperwork.

No return facility for baggage trolley in the car park, therefore had to leave the trolley unable to recover the cost. This car park is not the easiest for access to the terminals.

Unfortunately the system at Liverpool hadn't recognised the booking made via FHR so the automatic entry didn't work and I had to speak to the car park staff both on the way in and to get out - they were great though and made what could have been very awkward pretty much OK.

Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
