Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Struggled to find a parking space on the Saturday morning but after about 10 minutes we found one. on the way out the when we put the ticket in it said we owed £75 but once we spoke via the intercom to someone and gave the car park reference no there was no problem.I would still use this car park in the future it did not put me off.

Never had problem before but in thus occasion bad from start to finish!! Arrived and car reg not recognised managed to get barrier lifted by calling attendant to prove booking only to be met on my return by a notice saying £80 owing !!!!!! Pressed again to be asked for proof all over again then let out with no kind of apologie !!!

We had no trouble booking the parking on line although we later had a query and found the staff on the helpline most helpfull and they responded promptly. Cannot comment on ease of parking and exiting from the parking area as easyJet thoughtfully cancelled our flight along with every other flights that day with very short notice. As I was booked to work at the Belfast City Dog Show as a Photographer my losses were large. Thankyou FHR for your part would reccomend to anyone. Ray Aimson.

Post code provided takes you to the main - official airport car park then you will realise that it is a wrong place and you have to return to the other car park which isn't that far away (walking distance). Car park system and numer plate recognition should read your car and let you in but it didn't and you have to call for help. The same when you come back. So make sure you will keep your booking confirmation with order reference number as you might need it! System side of it is the problem. Other than that car park is fine.

Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
