Park Smart operate a ticketless system. Please wait whilst your registration is recognised. The barrier will then raise and you can proceed to the Car Park. If your vehicle registration is not recognised, press for assistance. Do not press for a ticket.

What is the pick-up procedure?

The barrier will lift automatically. If the barrier does not lift, press the help button for assistance.

What security measures does the car park have?

Your car will be stored in a fenced car park, with secured entry and exit and CCTV. The car park has been awarded the Park Mark safety award by the police. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders. The car park can only accommodate standard-size, private vehicles.

Easy booking, no stress or hassle's, no hidden fees, literally only a few minutes walk to check in desks, plenty of places to park, drive in and drive out on arrival I would highly recommend.

Excellent in every way -the only comment might be it is one minute from the Car Park 'Entrance' to the terminal but not from parked vehicles!!!! I was absolutely drenched by the time I got back to my car, so bad was the rain! 😄

Really easy, very near to the terminal and much easier than calling up shuttle busses or having random people drive your car (and scratch it like at sky parks next door!!) Will definitely use again :)

Painless process from the point of booking to parking and picking up the car. Registration recognition on entering, you take a ticket and keep your keys. Then simply pop your ticket in the machine next to the barrier and exit. Great price and within walking distance of the terminal.

Hassle free parking at a great price. No problem with number plate recognition. Obtained ticket at barrier and drove straight in. On return inserted ticket and drove straight out. Highly recommend.

Easily accessible and easy to locate from road into airport, system of NPR to raise the barrier and issue the exit card worked a treat. Easy stroll to the airport terminal although if it was pouring down maybe not the best but you can walk quite fast with a wheeled suitcase.

Usually excellent. Great parking facilities. easy to get to the airport. Just one problem this time; I was shocked to see that I couldn't get out until I'd paid a £30 excess. It was obviously a mistake and was cleared when I contacted help.

Great carpark - so close to the terminal building. Easy to access and no hassle when leaving - motorway network is very accessible. Would recommend using FHR to book - makes life very easy.

All the instructions from getting there, entry and exit from car park to what to to do if anything goes wrong, were spot on. Used your car parks both at Liverpool and Manchester and always received first class service.

I may have a new car by the time I come to park in July.Can I change the registration number of my vehicle without any additional charges if I book at the non refundable rate?ThanksLouiseYes we can amend the vehicle details at no extra charge even if you book the non refundable option
Do you have spaces near the entrance for blue badge parking? Unfortunately, the ipark car park doesn't have any disabled spaces. The Long Stay car park has spaces for Blue Badge holders
My flight is due at 11.30 pm , if im not at the car untill 12.10 would i need to pay for an extra day If you exit the car park after midnight then the car park will charge you. We would advise that any on airport parking you put the time you expect to leave the car park
Hi,I found out on your website iparkliverpool.com that I can cancel by booking through manage my booking tool, but I am not able to find it. Am I able to cancel my booking or not? thank youjana Thank you for your question. If you have booked I Park- Liverpool Airport - Non refundable at Liverpool then you are not able to cancel. All the non refundable products state that the booking cannot be cancelled or amended which is why the price is always cheaper then the flexible products that can be cancelled and amended.
