What else do I need to know?

Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. There are larger spaces for longer vehicles, but you?ll need to book the Larger vehicle package for those. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by ShortRun.

I cannot fault Central Car Storage. I have used them before, as usual my experience this time was: Quick efficient transfers to and from the airport with no waiting, with the luggage loaded onto the van for me. Car waiting at reception at return, and the chap even brought the keys out to me.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Have used before, and will use again. We were recognised personally. Bus waiting for us on arrival at airport, and no delay at all on arrival at car park. Minimal administrative hassle at car park.

Everything was SO easy. It worked like clockwork and, as I was flying at 0600, I needed to check in early. No problem. There was a transfer bus waiting. I'd definitely use this service again.

Great value for money and excellent service. I have used this car park 3 times now, twice when the weather was really bad with snow and on both occasion the car had been defrosted, snow cleared from it and car started and heated up for us. The transfer time to he airport is short and the bus is always there on time when you depart the airport. Another plus to this Carpark is that it accepts vans as well. I am flying again from Luton next month and will definitely be booking here again.

Very efficient as soon as arrived at secure parking iwas straight on minibus and off to airport,on return phoned once through customs and within 2minutes the bus was at the pick up point.car was ready for collection.couldnt ask for better service than that! Have used this site before and always been good service and value for money.would recommend.

Very nice staff in car park very friendly and efficient. We only waited about 3 minutes for the minibus to pick us up on arrival (better than the bus from Luton car park!) and car was ready at the gate for us when we arrived.

Directions for Central Car Storage

Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit onto New Airport Way, following signs for the airport.
After 2.5 miles, take a left onto the B653 towards Dunstable.
Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gipsy Lane, between the retail park and Venue 360.
At the mini-roundabout, take the second exit.
Take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout onto Kimpton Road, signposted for the Chamber of Commerce.
Take a right opposite Hayward Tyler onto the service road.
ShortRun (Central Car Storage) will be on your left.

On arrival:
When you get to the car park, park in front of the check-in building. It's on the right, inside the main gates. Offload your bags and head to the check-in building. There, you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a ticket that'll you'll need to keep with you for your return, and the staff will park your car for you. Then, just hop on the transfer bus to the airport and you'll be there in 5 minutes.

On return:
Once you have collected your luggage, call the car park on the number on your confirmation 9 to arrange for the transfer bus to collect you. You'll then need to leave the terminal, follow signs for the drop zone and look out for a black Mercedes sprinter (this will be your shuttle bus). Get the bus back to the car park and when you get back, just head to reception to hand in your ticket, collect your keys and pick up your car.

If you lose your ticket, you'll need to answer some security questions and show photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.

If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. You can't get a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.

If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, your transfers to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 0400 and 0900, 1300 and 1500 and 1700 and 1900 on other days.

Hi We land at 23.40 do we need to pay for the extra day incase we don't leave the terminal on time? Thanks you can put the flight landing time, you will only be charged if your flight is delayed by a few hours
