Maximum vehicle dimensions are 2m wide x 2.1m high x 5m long. The car park cannot accept any high-sided vehicles, minibuses, mobile homes, lorries, caravans, trailers or vehicles larger than the above maximum dimensions. There are larger spaces for longer vehicles, but you?ll need to book the Larger vehicle package for those. Vehicles with a taxi license plate can be parked on-site, but cannot use the Return Greet or Meet and Greet services offered by ShortRun.Address:

So close to airport-just a short drive away. Personalised service-mini van took us and was waiting on our return. Easy to find (although SAT NAV took us to the one before this one (luckily it was closed so we just drove on a few hundred yards) We could not get through to the carpark on the phone after landing (as directed)It was waiting for us though in the same place where we were dropped.

The service is great. Cheap, nice customer service. Everything is good. I didn't realize, they have own vans to transfer the passengers from car park to airport terminal. Every 5 minutes and very quick just for telephone request after arrival, also within few minutes. Great service. Definitely will use again.

I experienced a Polite, courteous, friendly, prompt service. Transfers to and from airport had minimal waiting and fuss, a no nonsense service at a good price. Cost me £18 for three nights, give it a try.

Excellent,what to say, drop off my car handed keys over, bus arrived just to take me to airport, 5mins if that. When I arrived back and cleared baggage claim and customs made free phone call, which was answer quickly,A short walk to pick up point, bus arrived just for us 5mins to car park, car was ready they handed keys over, best car park service I have every used.Thanks to you all will use again

would recommend this car park to all.on arrival at 5.30am the minibus was waiting ready to drop us off the transfer took about 10mins tops.on our return we waited no longer than 10mins to be collected,when we got to the car park the car was ready and waiting.this was a great start and end to our holiday.many thanks would highly recommend this 5* service.

Very much appreciated CCS's flexibility after we missed flight (stupidly forgotten baby daughter's passport!) and rescheduled to next day. Having just dropped us off at the terminal, CCS picked us up straight away and allowed us to drop our car next day again without any extra charge. Also, CCS provided booster seat for transfer between car park and terminal, which we found very helpful.

Directions for Central Car Storage
Leave the M1 at junction 10, taking the second exit onto New Airport Way, following signs for the airport.After 2.5 miles, take a left onto the B653 towards Dunstable.
Take the first exit at the roundabout onto Gipsy Lane, between the retail park and Venue 360.
At the mini-roundabout, take the second exit.
Take the second exit at the next mini-roundabout onto Kimpton Road, signposted for the Chamber of Commerce.
Take a right opposite Hayward Tyler onto the service road.
ShortRun (Central Car Storage) will be on your left.
On arrival:
When you get to the car park, park in front of the check-in building. It's on the right, inside the main gates. Offload your bags and head to the check-in building. There, you'll be met by one of the car park's friendly staff who'll take your keys and check you in. Make sure you have your booking confirmation with you. You'll be given a ticket that'll you'll need to keep with you for your return, and the staff will park your car for you. Then, just hop on the transfer bus to the airport and you'll be there in 5 minutes.
On return:
Once you have collected your luggage, call the car park on the number on your confirmation 9 to arrange for the transfer bus to collect you. You'll then need to leave the terminal, follow signs for the drop zone and look out for a black Mercedes sprinter (this will be your shuttle bus). Get the bus back to the car park and when you get back, just head to reception to hand in your ticket, collect your keys and pick up your car.
If you lose your ticket, you'll need to answer some security questions and show photo ID, so make sure you have one with you.
If you return early, you will need to contact the car park directly to give them as much notice as possible. If you don't, there may be a delay before you get your car back. You can't get a refund for any booked parking that you don't use.
If you have sports equipment or lots of luggage, you may need to wait for a bus with more space during busy times, so make sure you leave yourself plenty of time to get to the airport.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION – Due to the ongoing redevelopment works at Luton Airport, your transfers to and from the airport may take longer than normal. We recommend you allow at least an extra hour for your transfer to the Airport particularly at peak times.
The peak travel times for Luton airport are all day Friday, Saturday and Sunday and between 0400 and 0900, 1300 and 1500 and 1700 and 1900 on other days.
