overall good but there was no instructions that you needed any ticket to board the bus on the return journey? most people think the ticket you get is to retrieve your car not to board the bus! Gary

Used APH plenty of times before and always been satisfied. The staff on the buses are very friendly and helpful but we waited a long time for a pick up after landing

Spent sometime waiting on bus before setting off the drivers 2 mins more like 10 !he needed to finish his chat with colleagues Given we were already late due to motorway closure it added to stress ..

Some confusion and delay 're pick up point , instruction said turn right from terminal 3 to find bus stop ,it dud not add it was actually across a road adjacent to other stops.However this seems to be the only service that assists you with luggage on and off the bus for single travellers a bonus .

My only issue was on collection after my flight arrival. I followed the instructions and did not text until I was walking out of the door to the stop but it took 25 mins for the bus to arrive and it seemed 10 to 15 minutes to get to the car park. For me this is all too long and I would prefer collection sooner

Non-refundable, no amendments or cancellations - The car park must retain your keys.From M60 anti-clockwise-exit J5 then exit at 2nd junc signed A560. At r'bout turn left signed Sharston. Straight at next R'bout & left at next R'bout into Sharston Ind. Estate . Take 1st left and Car Park is on the right. From M60 Clockwise exit J4 onto M56. Exit at J2 signed Wythenshawe, go right at Rbout into Sharston Ind. Est. Take 1st left and Car Park is on the right. From M6 Cheshire: Join M56 & exit at J3Asigned A560. Turn right onto A560 & go straight over next r'about. Left at nextr'about into Sharston Ind. Estate. Take 1st left and APH is on the right.
