Great service again. Checked our car in very easily, bus was waiting to take us to the airport. On arriving back we only had to wait two minutes and we were picked up. Keys were all ready for us and our car was ouside waiting for us. Reception staff and bus drivers very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend APH

Directions were easy to follow. APH staff were all friendly and helpful. Only a short journey to the airport from the carpark. Didn't have long to wait for bus to take us from or to the airport

Have used APH for years but this time was the fastest most slick transfer both out and return. One thing to consider though is the rising cost of parking with APH- I have recently found their competitors are coming in cheaper.

I have tried the 'Meet and Greet' and 'Sky Parks' at Manchester Airport and this by far is the most convenient. Although a little further from the airport the booking in, transfers and return were prompt. There is someone available to take calls and they send a text once you have confirmed your return through customs. I will use again.

Booking very straight forward, price was good. Had to ring and change the car details, not a problem. New email was sent confirming the change and no extra charge. One slight problem the sat nav directions were good, but at the T junction we turned left onto Bradnor Road instead of right. A sign post there directiong you to the right would have helped We sent the Text message when ready to be picked up, straight away a reply back telling us where to be picked up from, again quick easy return to the car park

A small problem with your computer information got our times wrong and also your driver told us that bus is ever 10 mins just wait at this bus stop, we had to ring and I was then informed it's what we should do( never read the slip didn't feel the need after drivers info) but it was sorted so no problems lads were great and would use you again

Always works well, hassle free, quick reliable parking and fast transfer to the airport and back. The only thing that didn't seem to work was the instruction to TEXT Message the number given with the Ref. No. to let them know we were ready for collection at the airport. My phone said " **STATUS** Permanently Failed message " Not sure whether its my phone or their receiving service. I called them instead and that worked fine. Will definitely use again.

The texting service was non functional I sent a text at 23.03 with no reply a further message at 23.18 still with no reply and I had to resort to a telephone call at approx 23.35 which was dealt with immediately and we picked up the transport OK. The collection went smoothly after that but I eventually received two texts at 00.32 and 00.33 confirming the original message. I do not know where the problem was but I have never had this sort of problem with my phone. I was not happy with hanging about for three quarters of an hour waiting for a return text. "IF" I use your facilities again I will not use the the texting service.

Arriving there was no problem and everything went smoothly. A bit disappointed though on arrival back in Manchester in that we had to wait about 20mins before the bus came and it was late at night also so we were later than we expected getting home.

Non-refundable, no amendments or cancellations - The car park must retain your keys.From M60 anti-clockwise-exit J5 then exit at 2nd junc signed A560. At r'bout turn left signed Sharston. Straight at next R'bout & left at next R'bout into Sharston Ind. Estate . Take 1st left and Car Park is on the right. From M60 Clockwise exit J4 onto M56. Exit at J2 signed Wythenshawe, go right at Rbout into Sharston Ind. Est. Take 1st left and Car Park is on the right. From M6 Cheshire: Join M56 & exit at J3Asigned A560. Turn right onto A560 & go straight over next r'about. Left at nextr'about into Sharston Ind. Estate. Take 1st left and APH is on the right.
