The parking, and transfer buses were very good. But I found the directions provided by your company to be very poor. I had difficulty following the directions,not at all clear, and no signs to help .Eventually I asked directions from a local resident. Not the experience you want when starting a holiday. I was glad I arrived in the airport area with plenty of time before my flight. I probably would book again now I know how to find the car park.

No problem with the booking, our problem was finding the car park, which we have used previously, but due to the opening of the new airport road and the lack of signs for the turn off, we spent an additional 30 minutes trying to access the car park in the dark at 06:00, which did not get our holiday off in it's usual relaxed manner. Please get the airport to sign the turn off for Jet park 3 and Ringway because the existing signage sends you to Wilmslow.

Very easy to use , quick transfer to Terminal 2 for departure and quick transfer back to the car park on arrival . Exit from car park very easy ! Overall we were very pleased with the service and would book again in the future.

Straight forward to park, hop on a bus to whichever terminal you require. We were lucky both ways as parked and bus arrived straight away and upon return came out of airport and again bus was there so didn't have any wait time. Great price for off site parking.

We would not use jet parks Ringway due to the waiting time for the bus and going to all the terminals ( we was at T3) and if arriving in the dark then I think it would be a bit lonely We spoke to one helpful driver as we had been waiting that long we wondered if the number 9 was not running and he just stared at me and said “ yesâ€Â. Then another number 3 bus arrived ( 3 in total before ours arrived) and he was so helpful and made us feel more at ease As for FHR no problems and would definitely use your company to book the lounge

JetParks in general are quite useful as the shuttle buses are very frequent, but in this car park the bus shelters are limited. I also just wish that you would just take the initiative and have the car park laid out in bays so that every car has equal space instead of being crammed together plus the fact the stones that are round and about are not good for the tyres.

Have used jet park Ringway on numerous occasions with no problems.The normal route to the car park is now a duel carriageway,luckily there were diversion signs to Shadowmoss lane.I thought this should have been mentioned on the email I received two days before my departure.

Directions for JetParks Ringway
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Postcode- Jetparks Ringway: M22 0LQ
Please note, signposts for JetParks Ringway may read JPR
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
As you approach the traffic lights get in the left-hand lanes signposted for T3, Wilmslow and Wythenshawe.
At the next set of traffic lights, go straight on past the business park on your left. At the next junction (for T3) keep left, following signs for Wilmslow and Heald Green.
Continue along Ringway Road West. The road will turn into the new Manchester Airport Relief Road. As you approach the traffic lights at the end of the road, keep left, then turn left on Styal Road towards JPR, Shadowmoss Road and Heald Green.
Follow Styal Road for 0.2 miles until you see a petrol station on your left, then turn left immediately after the petrol station onto Ringway Road (signposted JPR).
Follow Ringway Road for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Shadowmoss Road. The entrance to the JetParks Ringway car park is the first right on Shadowmoss Road.
As you approach the parking entry barrier, our number plate recognition cameras will scan your car's registration and grant you access to the car park. If the barrier fails to raise, please press the help button to call for assistance.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Transfer time: 7-9 minutes. Transfer times are a guide only and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as traffic.
Mobility scooters are allowed on the transfer buses. Please advise the driver of any assistance you may require with getting the scooter on and off the bus, and they will happy to help.
Always leave plenty of time ahead of your flight departure time.
On return, take the same bus back to the airport, drive to the exit - and the barrier will lift automatically once your vehicle has been recognised.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

Hello,My flight arrives 2320 on 29th Dec. Am I ok to book leave on 29th please?The car park has a 2 hour leaway either side of your pre booked time. You will be fine as long as your flight is not delayed.

Why is Ringway more expensive than JP3 ?The car parks set their own prices, it could be they do not have much availability left so they put the prices up so people then book the cheaper option - jetpatks 3
