The car park, jet parks ringway Manchester, was over-booked. Great difficulty finding a space and did not appreciate a muddy verge. Bus was OK. I do not think I will do that again.

The issues we had was the confusing roadworks outside had to detour to get in, also finding a space was time consuming very busy and quite a long wait for the bus on the return journey, next time would probably use a different car park

We have used this service before but on this occasion we had to wait 25 mins for a bus to arrive to take us from the car park to the airport terminal. Eventually 2 buses arrived at the same time. One bus only dropped people off and did not attempt to stop to pick people up so there was long queues and we were squashed on the bus like sardines in a tin. This was an early morning departure so standing around for 25mins in the dark and cold was not a very nice experience. We also assumed that if we had pay for a parking slot we would not have any problems finding one but, there were cars parked along every road and along the side of the fencing (not in marked out bays) it was obvious that more parking slots had been sold than there were available which means you are not always guaranteed a PROPER parking bay.

The apnr never recognises my number plate. I use this park every year and it is always the same. Parts of the park are very rough gravel which makes it difficult to wheel your cases. It needs these areas tarmacing. Other than that it is very convenient for the airport. If only they could get roadworks around sorted, which seem to have been going on for years.

This was around the fourth time we’ve used FHR,previous experiences were fine. But yesterday episode was pretty poor.On our return the bus arrived immediately,but the journey back to car park took approximately 30 minutes minimum.We were waiting for a change of driver for some reason !

Car park good, easy enough to find a space on a May bank holiday Monday at 11:30am. However, the bus took over 20 mins to pick us up. No bus in the car park that we could see. Had a control person drive pass and stop to ask how long we had been there. He phoned for a bus. It came within 5 mins. Bus then very full. We were at the second stop. 108. On return. Lots of buses in for the other car parks. Two number 3 buses came whilst we waited for the number 9 ringway. The buses for this carpark let this service down.

Directions aren't great due to the recent road layout changes so more sign posting for the car park would be better. Also we had to wait 45 minutes or a bus as apparently it had been damaged which we didn't find out until the next one arrived. Tried ringing customer services but it wasn't open so no help there. Coming back was better got a bus straight away so definitely a mixed service.

Your service was outstanding and stress free. We would however like to point out that due to a very dry period and the surface of the car park not being fully tarmacked the car was VERY Dusty from the air being blown around as the planes fly overhead. We would use Jet Parks 1 or 2 next time

Exelent and easy to find Busses are every 15 mins and drop you off at each terminal . Nice friendly staff . Will defiantly use again in the near future.

Excellent parking system. Only let down by collection terminal 3, where this a good chance of being run over trying to determine the correct bus number as its not visible from bus stop. You have to be there to believe it. Four buses can arrive and you have to walk out on front of them only to find out its not the bus you want. They do have numbers on one side of the bus but the far side and again not visible from the bus stand. Health and safety? The parking system itself was excellent.

Directions for JetParks Ringway
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Postcode- Jetparks Ringway: M22 0LQ
Please note, signposts for JetParks Ringway may read JPR
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep right, following signs for T1 and T3.
As you approach the traffic lights get in the left-hand lanes signposted for T3, Wilmslow and Wythenshawe.
At the next set of traffic lights, go straight on past the business park on your left. At the next junction (for T3) keep left, following signs for Wilmslow and Heald Green.
Continue along Ringway Road West. The road will turn into the new Manchester Airport Relief Road. As you approach the traffic lights at the end of the road, keep left, then turn left on Styal Road towards JPR, Shadowmoss Road and Heald Green.
Follow Styal Road for 0.2 miles until you see a petrol station on your left, then turn left immediately after the petrol station onto Ringway Road (signposted JPR).
Follow Ringway Road for 0.4 miles, then turn right onto Shadowmoss Road. The entrance to the JetParks Ringway car park is the first right on Shadowmoss Road.
As you approach the parking entry barrier, our number plate recognition cameras will scan your car's registration and grant you access to the car park. If the barrier fails to raise, please press the help button to call for assistance.
Please be aware that there are currently roadworks at and around the airport, and some road layouts have changed. Please follow airport signage.
Transfer time: 7-9 minutes. Transfer times are a guide only and may vary depending on factors outside of our control, such as traffic.
Mobility scooters are allowed on the transfer buses. Please advise the driver of any assistance you may require with getting the scooter on and off the bus, and they will happy to help.
Always leave plenty of time ahead of your flight departure time.
On return, take the same bus back to the airport, drive to the exit - and the barrier will lift automatically once your vehicle has been recognised.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.

Why is Ringway more expensive than JP3 ?The car parks set their own prices, it could be they do not have much availability left so they put the prices up so people then book the cheaper option - jetpatks 3
