Overview
Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). Park your car, use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you while you make the short walk to the terminal.What is the pick-up procedure?
When you get back, head to reception where you dropped your car off, and collect your keys. The car park will let you know where your car is parked and members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.What security measures does the car park have?

Used this car park many times. Main comment is that new system for dropping keys off not very user friendly. Would be easier just to input reference number for booking instead of flight information. Otherwise good service and car pick up very straightforward.

Very easy process, just take the car to the designated area and park up. Go to the meet and greet desk inside the terminal and leave your keys. You are given a reciept with a code on which you need to claim your keys on return. On return go to the meet and greet reception, put in your code and your keys are there with a slip telling you which area the car is parked. Only niggle was I had to climb into the drivers seat from the passenger seat as another car was parked too close. The staff I interacted with were really friendly and helpful. We would definitely use this service again. It was so easy

On our return we had to wait over an hour and a half for our car. The reason for paying for this service is for ease. This was not the case, really disappointed as due to the delay we ended up getting in all the traffic on our journey home. It was a very long day and myself and my husband were shattered.

Easy to book on line. A bit of a que to get into car park, but good number plate recognition. The self service machine was a pain! Not intuitive, didn't recognize my credentials till the third go, and then wanted all my flight details (that had previously been provided when booking.. a simple yes to confirm would have been good). It didn't recognize them again, until several attempts. All rather stressful, when bleary eyed at 3am. The attendant was brilliant, but was running around rescuing most of the customers!! The old systems was so much smoother!! The return journey was thankfully simple!

Very good. The only problem was that we were delayed in Paris for 2 days. we tried to contact them but the number provided on the paperwork did not work! As it happens, there was not problem with picking up the car, but I didn't know that at the time!

Directions for T2 Meet & Greet - P1
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Follow signs for P1 – airport signs won't say Meet and Greet T2
Suitable for terminal 2 departures and arrivals only.

Directions from the M56:
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, follow signs for T2.
At the first roundabout take the second exit following signs to T2.
At the second roundabout (it has lots of flags on), take the second exit signposted P1.
The road bends round to the right, and after 200m you'll see the P1 car park on your left
As the road bends to the left, you'll see the entrance to the car park on your left.
Enter the car park and drive up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D).
Once on the roof, you'll be directed to the inspection area before parking your vehicle.
If you are able to enter latitude and longitude details into your Sat Nav, the following will be of use:
Latitude: 53.369421 and Longitude: -2.280241
On arrival:
Drive to the car park, following signs for P1 – airport signs won't say Meet and Greet T2. Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently £61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
