Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Enter the car park and proceed up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D). Park your car, use the self-serve machine to drop off your keys and a fully-qualified driver will park your car for you while you make the short walk to the terminal.What is the pick-up procedure?
When you get back, head to reception where you dropped your car off, and collect your keys. The car park will let you know where your car is parked and members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.What security measures does the car park have?

We have used the meet and greet at T2 Manchester several times and will do so again. The only negative was that the information on the key to locate the car ie “Fence blue” was a little vague,since there are a number of fences there. However car located after speaking to a member of staff. Signage to locate exit very confusing. Overall however happy with the ease of booking, the drop off, helpful staff and cost for the week.

Good Service easy to park vehicle however signage could be better inside the terminal upon return not easy to locate the return office location. But overall good service will use again but reason for only four starts instead of five, Better signage required inside terminal building.

Two weeks before we travelled our flight terminal was changed . I informed meet and greet but they still required us to drop off car at terminal 2. There was much confusion at the self service key drop off, and the member of staff helping gave us incorrect information for our key pick up. We then had a very long walk with heavy cases to terminal 1 as we were offered no vehicle help. This was tiring for 2 pensioners. Our return was easy and different and our key pick up place was signposted and not where we had originally been told to go. I will probably book multi storey next time as it is cheaper and you are travelling there to drop off anyway.

Used this meet and greet for a number of years . The airport has been doing a lot of upgrades ect , but everything is now self service ,ok when not busy , but!! Manchester airport is horrendous ,under staffed and all ways busy . So having to use the new self service machines at 4am ! Totally confusing ,nice helpful attendant sorted us . Coming back I could not find the ticket to get my car keys back . I lost it in the confusion of trying to book the into the carpark!! When I explained our problem ie no ticket to retrieve our keys ,a very helpful young man once again sorted everything out for us. I would like to thank this young man for his help . Management take note! This was 8pm Mon 16th this young man saved us after one of the most horrendous days ever . Air travel is now just not worth doing, due to so called extra security ,it's actually lack of staff!! 2hours to get through security is just PURE and ,useless management

Only problem was where the reception to pick up keys was located, I hadn’t realised it was in the car park east building on the ground floor at the back in the centre. I thought it was in the arrivals building. Info and signage could be clearer.

Directions for T2 Meet & Greet - P1
You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Follow signs for P1 – airport signs won't say Meet and Greet T2
Suitable for terminal 2 departures and arrivals only.

Directions from the M56:
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, follow signs for T2.
At the first roundabout take the second exit following signs to T2.
At the second roundabout (it has lots of flags on), take the second exit signposted P1.
The road bends round to the right, and after 200m you'll see the P1 car park on your left
As the road bends to the left, you'll see the entrance to the car park on your left.
Enter the car park and drive up the spiral ramps for three floors until you reach the roof (Level D).
Once on the roof, you'll be directed to the inspection area before parking your vehicle.
If you are able to enter latitude and longitude details into your Sat Nav, the following will be of use:
Latitude: 53.369421 and Longitude: -2.280241
On arrival:

On return:
When you get back, head to reception where you dropped your car off, and collect your keys. The car park will let you know where your car is parked and members of the Meet and Greet team will be there to help.
Maximum height 2m (6ft 6in). Trailers are not permitted.
At the discretion of the car park you will have a 4 hour grace period prior to arrival and a 6 hour grace period on return. If you arrive or depart outside your booking period, you will incur an additional charge based on Manchester Airport's standard short stay tariff, currently ÂŁ61.40 per day or part thereof (subject to change) - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
