Pre booked online and couldn’t get in to the car park had to press the buzzer to be let in also getting out,,, nightmare it was and the exit wasn’t clear enough getting out never mind the route out of airport . So for that 3 star when booked online would expect to get in and out easy without pressing for assistance and having to repeat my booking details again

Whilst I am have used Terminal 2 quite often, I found the directions to the vehicle park offered a little confusing. Next time, and there will be a next time, it will be no problem. The walk to the Terminal was exposed to the weather, and therefore very damp.

Great parking as usual . Was booked on the Thomas cook flights and ended up getting home a day late , charge should have been £25 but waivered fee and told not to worry and let me on my way . Perfect business practice helping many who have been affected by Collapse of Thomas cook . First class ðŸ‘Â

Terminal 2 west multi park is next to the new terminal 2 which is not due to open until next year. It is a long walk from terminal 2 and not convenient.,you might as well park in long term . Very misleading to suggest you can walk into term 2.

Although the directions on the instructions we printed out were not recognised on the sat nav we put that down to the building been so new. Once we arrived we parked in the first available space but when we looked around we saw signs saying maximum stay 2hrs and short stay parking. Feeling a bit confused I went to the barrier where there was a button next to speaker. Pressed it got through to someone who informed me on what I needed to do. Basically don't park on level 0 plenty rooms on levels above, once parked 2mins to lift 5mins to departure lounge. After initial confusion so easy would definitely use again!

Car park is new and sat nav addressdidn't work on Google maps . Needed to rely on directions instructions in email. Also needed to call assistance on leaving as barrier required tolken...which wasn't clear in instructions

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Follow signs for P3 – airport signs won't say T2 West Multi Storey.
Maximum vehicle height 2.0 metres (6 feet 6 inches)
PLEASE NOTE:
No pre-booked parking is allowed on the ground floor of the structure; if you do so, you may be charged for non-compliance on exit
Directions from M56:
Due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance, please follow the diversion signs for entry to P3.
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, following the signs for Terminal 2.
At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards Terminal 2.
At the second roundabout take the second exit onto Palma Avenue, signposted for P3.
Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road past the terminal building and P1 (T2 Multi-Storey East).
At the next roundabout, take the first exit signposted P3 (T2 Multi Storey West).
At the following roundabout, take the first exit signposted P3.
As the road bends to the left around the car park, the entrance is immediately on your left.

On arrrival:
Drive to the car park, following signs to P3 – airport signs won't say T2 West Multi Storey. When you arrive, your number plate will be scanned and you can enter the car park without a fuss. Park in any space, keep hold of your keys, and it's just a 2-4 minute walk to the terminal.
From 24th March 2026, the car park will move to a barrierless system which means entry and exit will be automatic, and the car park will use your number plate to match your booking.
On return:
After your trip, walk back to the car park and hop in your car – it'll be right where you left it. Head to the exit – your number plate is scanned and you can drive straight out.
Park in a space (NO pre-booked parking is allowed on the ground floor of the structure; if you do so, you may be charged for non-compliance on exit) and take the 2-4 min. walk to T2.
Please note the temporary walkway to T2 is in close proximity to ongoing building works as part of our new £1bn investment programme. Please follow the signposted walkway to the terminal and we appreciate your understanding at this time.
The car park has designated Blue Badge bays, which are all signposted. They work on a first come first served basis and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.
There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle is taller than this we'd recommend one of the JetParks car parks instead.
The car park offers a grace period of 4 hours before arrival and 6 hours on return at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £61.40 per day. Please note this is subject to change - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
