We prebooked T2 West multi-storey it was seemless. We drive to entrance barriers lifted (picking up ref) and let me in, plenty of spaces, then as we drove out again no issues barrier lifted and we were on our way. Would highly recommend and it was only a few minutes walk to T2.

I've used your services for many years throughout the country but mainly Manchester. My concern is that since the terminal 2 west car park as been completed the amount of pickups, mainly Taxi's,dropping & picking up its becoming apparent they are causing a massive congestion & of which is blocking exits & making it difficult to even park because of the long line of vehicles picking people up & of course those wanting to leave. would it not be more practical to have a designated spot for taxis only, it would help immensely.

Found the car park ok and was issued a token on entry. On our return after collecting our car and trying to leave the car park I put the token in the machine and was shocked to see a demand for £495, as I had prepaid I was shocked at this. I had to press the assistance button and luckily the attendant opened the barrier to let me out after finding my booking. As I had pre booked and pre paid didn’t expect this to happen. This should all be automated and processes in place to ensure customers aren’t left with a huge demand for payment. Our flight was delayed one hour and I appreciate this then took my expected arrival time from just before midnight to just after midnight but even allowing for an additional days parking this should be build in to allow some flexibility and also near £500 would be clearly excessive so I don’t know what’s happened with my booking.

Nice big multi storey with lots of car spaces, it took us 10 mins from the car to the terminal and at least there's no waiting for a transfer bus. The whole area is under construction so I hope they're going to improve the walkway as it's currently open to the elements. Thankfully it wasn't raining!!

You cannot get a refund or amend a parking booking less than 72 hours before the day of travel. For example, your last opportunity to change your package, if you're flying at 3pm on the 10th, will be 23:59 on the 6th.Follow signs for P3 – airport signs won't say T2 West Multi Storey.

PLEASE NOTE:
No pre-booked parking is allowed on the ground floor of the structure; if you do so, you may be charged for non-compliance on exit
Directions from M56:
Due to ongoing construction work around T2, there may be temporary diversions in place. In this instance, please follow the diversion signs for entry to P3.
Exit the M56 at Junction 5 and keep left, following the signs for Terminal 2.
At the first roundabout, take the second exit towards Terminal 2.
At the second roundabout take the second exit onto Palma Avenue, signposted for P3.
Stay in the right-hand lane and follow the road past the terminal building and P1 (T2 Multi-Storey East).
At the next roundabout, take the first exit signposted P3 (T2 Multi Storey West).
At the following roundabout, take the first exit signposted P3.
As the road bends to the left around the car park, the entrance is immediately on your left.

On arrrival:
Drive to the car park, following signs to P3 – airport signs won't say T2 West Multi Storey. When you arrive, your number plate will be scanned and you can enter the car park without a fuss. Park in any space, keep hold of your keys, and it's just a 2-4 minute walk to the terminal.
From 24th March 2026, the car park will move to a barrierless system which means entry and exit will be automatic, and the car park will use your number plate to match your booking.
On return:
After your trip, walk back to the car park and hop in your car – it'll be right where you left it. Head to the exit – your number plate is scanned and you can drive straight out.
Park in a space (NO pre-booked parking is allowed on the ground floor of the structure; if you do so, you may be charged for non-compliance on exit) and take the 2-4 min. walk to T2.
Please note the temporary walkway to T2 is in close proximity to ongoing building works as part of our new £1bn investment programme. Please follow the signposted walkway to the terminal and we appreciate your understanding at this time.
The car park has designated Blue Badge bays, which are all signposted. They work on a first come first served basis and you'll need to display your badge while you're away.
There's no need to print out your booking confirmation, just show it on your mobile device.
Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles) will be accepted at the car park as long as they fit under the 2m entry barrier and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). If your vehicle is taller than this we'd recommend one of the JetParks car parks instead.
The car park offers a grace period of 4 hours before arrival and 6 hours on return at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £61.40 per day. Please note this is subject to change - If you pick your car up early, we can't give you a refund.
