Parking ok but would have appreciated being told that buses were not running to terminal as I would have dropped hubby and kids off with luggage .

FHR booking was easy and saved money on the normal airport parking fees. This was the first time i've used the on airport parking as I usually have used Callerton Parking but that was not available. On arrival it was straightforward getting into the Long Stay Parking area but then not clear how to get around it and find a space. Did find one not too far from the entrance after driving round, which was fortunate as there was no sign of the alledged courtesy bus service. Fortunately not too far to walk (dragging holiday cases) but if we'd had to park at the far end it would have been a pain. Poor signage and lack of pedestrian paths and entrances. Car was undamaged but very dusty on return. Return was easy because we knew what we were doing and where to go by then and the exit by prepaid ticket was staightforward.

car park quite a way from terminal if raining, and to drop off at terminal costs £4 so all added costs, price paid was reasonable but a taxi would have been about same price.

On arrival we were directed by a sign to use one of three car parks. The two nearest the terminal were full and therefore closed which left only one car park to use. On entering this car park there were only two parking spaces available neither of which were full size due to lamp posts or people parking over the line. I had to use one of these spaces but was not happy to do so. We were informed that a bus was available but this was not correct. We hope to have a better experience next time

Straight forward and easy on both arrival and departure. Only issue encountered was that the advertised bus transfer to the terminal was not running on either departure or arrival. This may be due to Covid but is still being advertised on booking.

I am pleased with the service you provided but I would like to say that the day before we travelled I changed the vehicle we would be using and received notification from you regarding this. On arrival however we could not exit the car park because the change of vehicle had not been updated by yourself on the car park database. We therefore required assistance to exit and make our way home. Only a slight problem but one that could have been easily avoided. Price wise excellent value, I will be using your service again.

No issues with my car on arrival. Unfortunately needed an extra day on my car and was charged 12 pound just for the extra day which was a bit much considering how much i paid in total for 2 weeks.

I found it easy to book the parking in the long stay car park. The only problem was there are two long stay car parks and one short stay car park. When we arrived at 4am I did not know which long stay park to go to. As I approached one the barrier went up so I had to go in it. While on holiday I was worried that when we got back I would have trouble not knowing if I was in the right one or not. Anyway the barrier went up and we got out.. it would be better if the instructions were clearer. Kind regards Frederick Howe.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
