It was good value for money. The given directions and instructions were good. The only suggestion for improvement I can make is that better signposting within the car park would be helpful.

Very simple to book. The parking instructions and information is easy to follow and understand. I parked without an issue, returned from my holiday, put the ticket into the machine as I drove upto the barrier and it accepted the ticket without any fuss so everything worked just as it should. The price was very competitive and I have absolutely nothing to complain about. I will recommend to my family and friends.

Parked the car fine. Quite a walk to the terminal but ok with that, pedestrian route could be better signposted. Fantastic week skiing. Arrived back and car ok. Tried to leave the carpark and inserted the ticket. The barrier machine wanted a credit card and tried to charge us £120. Not happy. . Attendant eventually let us out after checking our car park booking details. Possibly just a temporary glitch, not sure.

So easy to access! No problems either way, except for landing early hours into wintry conditions. We knew we had to pack de-icer which we did so defrosting car was not too difficult. We did think more could have been done to make walkways to carpark and carpark itself less ice free.

Straight forward easy parking. Both entry and exit from the airport ran smoothly. Information provided by the company was detailed and informative. We have used this company several times in the past and only once had an issue on exit which was dealt with immediately by staff at airport even though it was early morning.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.
Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.

From there, it's a short walk to the term



On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.

There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
