I was going to send an email today. I’m really not happy with the service this time. I have always been happy but not this visit. We came out of the airport to wait for the bus. We waited 15 minutes in the cold and rain. We weren’t the only ones. We had to walk in the dark to try and find our car. My mother is 80 years old and wasn’t expecting to walk back to the car.

It's a fair walk to the terminal when you have suitcases I didn't see 1 coach but landing back there was 1 coach

We where here in June auto camera took a wrong number had to to wait for attendant on return late flight. Here again December auto camera omitted reg number altogether late night return same problem had to wait for attendant .I had noticed there was no reg on the ticket and went in to the office and was told to keep reference number handy on return so this must be an ongoing problem that has not being repaired for at least six months Not good and will deter me from booking again ie using outside parking facilities

Fantastic service only gave 4 stars as when I tried to leave the airport the ticket machine was asking for payment when I had pre-payed. I spoke to the guy on the intercom and quickly got it sorted. I will be using this service again

Never been to carpark before but on a dark December early morning the signs are not very good, I had checked before and new I wanted a disabled space in N which would have been a short walk to the terminal.i couldn't find it and ended up in C which was a 10 min walk maybe for some not too far but with luggage for us it was..Several of the areas were closed,but we were not the only ones lost as several cars passed us while walking also unsure of the layout..Very good price would use again now I know the layout.

FHR good as always. The parking was in an outside long stay car park, buses not very regular so quicker to walk, you must remember where you parked the car, take note of lane number.

Nobody can reach the barrier card machines on either entry or departure it is ridiculous I'm 6ft 7in tall and still couldn't manage , all the money we the public pay for airport parking are also left UNNERVED as it is SO DARK AND POORLY LIT on night arrival /departure

Everything fine on arrival for 7 day trip. Returning put the ticket into the barrier and was informed I needed to pay £122. Got booking paperwork out of the car boot, pressed the button for assistance and waited … about 3 minutes later I got an answer. Agent asked for reference number which I gave him but he said it was not recognised. After asking for my car registration and surname he eventually found the booking, not before asking if this was a Hilton Hotel booking, I replied that it was a Newcastle airport booking. Eventually he raised the barrier remotely. Not what you want after a long flight and paying a huge price (comparing other airports)

The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

From there, it's a short walk to the term

There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
