Easy in and parking then a short walk to the terminal. Although all prepaid getting out was a problem, inserted the ticket and was asked for a credit card, then had to waste time sorting it out over the speaker. Got out, but not what you need after a trip away!!. This has happened twice at Newcastle, guess they need to get their act together.

All was well until we came to leave & put the ticket in the machine & it asked for credit card details as we owed £158 even though it was only 11 days and we paid when we booked. We had to reverse back, go into the office to get it rectified. Not great when your tired and it’s raining & no transfer buses as there used to be before covid.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.

Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
