Impressed overall Newcastle Longstay parking easy to find park etc. plenty of buses so not long to wait. Only issue we had was trying to leave due to changing the reg number of the car prior to arriving and confirmed that with FHR on email received but on leaving couldn't leave as ticket was not recognized. Fortunately there is a customer services office next to barrier and although 2am it was manned and error was fixed. Would be happy to use again in future.

I was a bit disappointed when exiting the car park that I was advised that I owed 159.00 even though I had pre booked this. Thankfully this was sorted quickly but didn't expect this to happen in the first instance

Close to the Airport Buses there in a matter of minutes to collect from car park and the terminal on the way back home. Easy to find with no problems getting in and out and a very good price Will use again

We found the car park quite busy and took a bit of effort finding a spot, but once sorted was all good The shuttle bus was regular and driver was pleasant and helpful. Only took 2 minutes to get to drop off point and 7-8 minutes on return. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Booking was easy, finding a space in the car park wasn't. Drove round and round for ages before we finally found one. Added stress to the beginning of our holiday. But once parked everything was ok. And no problems when we picked the car up. Would probably use again for the convenience of being close to the airport.

Normally easy and efficient, but it took 35 minutes to get out of the confines of the airport, due to road works, cones etc at the exit, reducing to one lane. A nightmare yesterday, and I hope it's sorted soon, as I intend to use again in 2 weeks time. It could be managed better.

All ok other than there was some work being carried out on our return and the path was diverted. Extremely difficult to manoeuvre the case trolley up and down the ramps with the amount of people coming and going. I was injured by my case falling off my trolley when I went down the first ramp. I always book this car park but it was absolutely ridiculous what we had to do to get back to the car.

Directions for Long Stay (PP)
The airport is 10 minutes from Newcastle city centre on the A696.Turn right at the roundabout into the airport complex (or left if you're coming along the A696 from the north).
Take the first exit at the next roundabout and follow the signs for the long stay car park.
Arriving at the car park:
Drive to the car park - driving directions and a postcode for your satnav will be on your booking confirmation. Take a ticket at the barrier, park in any space and keep your keys.
From there, it's a short walk to the term
On return
When you've got your bags, walk back to the car park. Drive to the barrier, put your ticket into the barrier and it will let you out. If you have any problems, press the help button on the machine to talk to a member of the team.
There are extra-wide spaces for disabled customers in Zone N.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day. This is subject to change.
