Meet and Greet Service

You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.

What is the drop-off procedure?

Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car. From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.

What is the pick-up procedure?

Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.

What security measures does the car park have?

While you are on holiday your car will be parked on site at Newcastle airport, in a secured location covered by CCTV and 24 hour surveillance. Awarded: Park Mark, Safer Parking Award

What else do I need to know?

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). The car park doesnÂ’t accept mobile homes, lorries or caravans.

This is a very good and reasonably priced facility. For my wife and me, the main benefit is its close proximity to the terminal building as I am disabled and can’t carry any of my own luggage. The drop-off and pick-ups have, thus far, been seamless and the staff are pleasant and helpful.

First class service from arrival to departure. Easy to find, easy to follow instructions, easy access to airport. The car was ready for us on our return.Warm friendly service. I would always use and recommend this service at Newcastle airport. As a foot note it is also wort mentioning that if you need to change any times or other details which we have in the past there was never a problem.

Reception staff are so professional and helpful and awaiting your car right at the door, no distance walking, check in within seconds and hassle taken away . car waiting withing yards of reception on arrival, very clean facilities and right on airport door step

Arrived & checked in which was very smooth. A gentleman called Paul Foreman who worked there came over & helped us take our luggage from the car. Thankyou very much,Paul Foreman. Return to collect the car was also easy but unfortunately there wasn’t a Paul Foreman in the vicinity. We would definitely use this service again.

Directions for Meet and Greet - Flexible

Please see directions/instructions below:

From the A1 take the A696 towards Newcastle airport.
When you approach the airport roundabout take the 2nd exit.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, following signs to the Premium Meet and Greet car park.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into the car park.

Arrival Procedure
Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car.
From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.
You'll be met by a member of the team who will give you a receipt, which you'll need to keep for your return.
From the car park it's a short 2-minute walk to check-in via a sheltered walkway.

Departure Procedure
Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.

Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day, which is subject to change.
