Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car. From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.What security measures does the car park have?

Most standard cars (without trailers/not commercial vehicles or vans) will be accepted at the car park as long as they have less than 8 seats and fit in a standard-size parking bay (2.4m x 4.8m). The car park doesnÂ’t accept mobile homes, lorries or caravans.Address:

First time using this facility and was very impressed. You drive into a large unit which photographs your car then park up and go inside the lovely new building right opposite the airport doors to book your car in. You hand your car key over and are given a receipt to collect your car upon your return. Excellent service and will use again. Thank you

1st time using this parking, it was great ,quick and easy. No waiting around for a transport bus to take you to your car . Scan your car ,drop it off and a short walk straight into the airport, show card on return drive straight out. 👌

I have used this car park itsself in the past and it has been great, As far as FHR goes there have been no problems at all. When I was directed to my car upon my return I found the car next to me was too close and I couldnt get in . my wife had to squeeze into the passenger side and climb over to the drivers side to move the car and allow me to drive it out. I hope this is a one off, I have never had this problem before, maybe the spaces are narrower than they were before?

Booking on line was so easy. Small query was replied to really quickly. Fantastic price. Procedure at Meet and Greet was brilliant and walk to departures was only a couple of minutes and under cover. Other Newcastle airport car parks are a substantial walk with no cover. As my mum has mobility issues Meet and Greet was perfect. Return procedure just as good. Keys returned within minutes and car only a few yards away. Can't fault any of the service from booking to return. Will definitely use again

Please see directions/instructions below:From the A1 take the A696 towards Newcastle airport.
When you approach the airport roundabout take the 2nd exit.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, following signs to the Premium Meet and Greet car park.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into the car park.
Arrival Procedure
Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car.
From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.
You'll be met by a member of the team who will give you a receipt, which you'll need to keep for your return.
From the car park it's a short 2-minute walk to check-in via a sheltered walkway.
Departure Procedure
Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day, which is subject to change.
