Meet and Greet Service
You will be met at the airport and your car will be taken to the secure car park by an insured driver and then delivered back to the terminal ready for collection on your return.
What is the drop-off procedure?
Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car. From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.What is the pick-up procedure?
Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.What security measures does the car park have?

Excellent service very quick and easy to access airport after dropping off the car. The only suggestion I can make is that on returning there was only one member of staff so it was a little slower, however the gentleman on duty was courteous

I arrived at Newcastle airport at 4am. The staff were friendly and efficient, wonderful at the time of day. It is straight forward parking in one of the tracks. Booking was found quickly, key handed over and ticket received, only taking minutes. On return passed over ticket, keys returned and the position of the car clearly explained. Again by one of the friendly efficient staff. My car was close to the office, I was on my way again in minutes. The parking and area and office is in an excellent position on the airport.

Excellent service at the meet and greet desk at a very good price. Everyone on site very friendly and excellent access across the road to the airport. Car had only travelled 2 miles so parking is local. Would definitely recommend.

Please see directions/instructions below:From the A1 take the A696 towards Newcastle airport.
When you approach the airport roundabout take the 2nd exit.
At the next roundabout take the 1st exit, following signs to the Premium Meet and Greet car park.
At the next roundabout take the 3rd exit into the car park.
Arrival Procedure
Drive into the car park and your car will be photographed automatically, to record the condition of the car.
From here, drive towards the customer service centre and park in one of the drop-off bays.
You'll be met by a member of the team who will give you a receipt, which you'll need to keep for your return.
From the car park it's a short 2-minute walk to check-in via a sheltered walkway.
Departure Procedure
Once you've collected your luggage head back to the Customer Service centre, located opposite arrivals. Your car and keys will be returned to you.
Early or late? The car park offers a grace period up until midnight at their discretion. Any longer than this and you'll be charged the car park's standard rate of £12 per day, which is subject to change.
